The Space: As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the beautifully appointed modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, making meal prep and clean up a breeze. The open plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing with your loved ones, and the addition of a sofa bed means that you can easily accommodate extra guests.
The generous sized bedroom opens onto a balcony/patio area, providing the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening nightcap. The spacious balcony is ideal for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sun, and the apartment is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Plus, with a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay.
Guest Access: Keys for 24/7 self check in are kept in our office which is about 2 km drive away. Please plan accordingly.

Additional rules Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay! - All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm - Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. - No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine. - Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours. - Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Please remember to return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected upon check-out. This ensures a smooth process for the next guest. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish. - Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays. - Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests who leave the apartment in an unacceptable state. - We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

Great location, but AirTrip difficult
The apartment was as advertised and in a great location in West End. The property managers AirTrip were difficult to deal with and required onerous ID verification key pick up at a different location.

Great Location and Amenities
Great apartment for families, with laundry and kitchen. Extra sofa bed available if needed. Cooking utensils adequate.
Annoying to pick up and drop off keys at a different location in South Brisbane.
The dryer and washing machine were not working however the issue was fixed the next day after contacting 24 hour support.
Wonderful location close to river views, supermarkets and cafe.
Some mould/stains? on bathroom ceiling but otherwise clean.

Convenient for visit to Brisy
Walk to Woolies/Aldi, cafe downstairs good & convenience store. Pool area very nice. Easy walk to West End Ferry (Some guests may be put off by having to collect/drop off key at different location.)
