Cute cottage style house and great location
We loved our stay at Lovat House. We had two families of 4 and a couple of dogs and there was plenty of space for everyone.
The property was very clean when we arrived and the whole process of checking in and leaving was great.

Whale of a time!
We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday with family and this house is highly recommended for such an event. It was clean, homely and we literally saw whales every time we looked out to sea. Both gorgeous balconies have stunning views of the ocean, and we spent most of ourntime outdoors.
Speakers throughout the house were easy to connect to, and it was great to have background music playing all the time.
The kitchen was very well equipped and there was more than enough crockery so youndont have to run the dishwasher after every meal.
The booking.and check in and putnprocess was also smooth, with good communication from Discover Stradbroke.
Thanks for a great overall first experience of Straddie! We will be back. #lovelovathouse

Great house. Great views. No fuss.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house has great views. It’s well appointed. Quite clean - the house itself is enormous and would be very hard to keep as clean as they do. Good hot water. They have various types of pillows across the beds which is good.
The bed we slept on seemed brand new but wasn’t the most comfortable it was ok. No complaints from the other guests.
One of the nice things about this house is that it has everything you need. Has nice wine glasses etc. Lots of kitchenware.
The checkout requirements were not laborious.
Aircon in all bedrooms.
No complaints.
