The hotel is basic, clean, and ok. It's one of several related small hotels on the same side of the street facing a thin park. There's nothing fancy about it.

Edwardo and Katie were excellent in helping me book in and getting the parking App. Service was excellent. Great place, lovely room and outstanding service. The staff that I meant should all get a 100% raise.

Really good staff to guest ratio. Place is really nicely decorated throughout and totally befitting of the description luxury boutique. My room/suite was superbly kitted out and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast at The Charm Hotel really was outstanding too. Only downside was parking but the permit option in Zone Ceorked out well for me.

The room I stayed in was pleasant but not as modern as the pictures suggest. The room had everything including a sea view and I would describe the place as a lovely B&B. There was no staff between 9pm and 8am but there was an emergency number to call. I had a room at the top of the house with a great view of the sea. No lift nor accessible friendly but wasn’t an issue for me. The floors were creaky so not sure if it was noisy for the people below. There were instructions on how to use the electric blanket but no extra bedding. It was September so not cold but no temperature control and draughty windows. Overall nice and well run but felt dated.

The property is in a safe area with good parking with acceptable charges. The hotel is clean and well decorated with tea,coffee,water and fruit and cakes on offer in the reception area. Our room was clean and large with great views.

Highly recommend the Sea Spray Hotel

I found the hotel very nice. The staff were lovely. We were in the opulence suite which was on the top floor which looked out to sea. The room was very clean. The only down side was the shower. The glass was stuck on closure as it did not fit properly on its runner! Also, it was dark going up the last flight of stairs to the room as I think the light was broke. You had to turn the corner before the light came on. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had. Definitely 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend the Sea Spray Hotel.

This is not a luxury hotel

We were initially put in a room in the basement and the bed was very narrow I registered a complaint and Marta the hotel manager sorted it by moving us to a better room as well as giving us a complimentary hour’s use of their hot tub. But one of their receptionists could do with extra training on how to deal with customers

Pleasant small hotel located central

No real complaints about this hotel. Great location to walk to shops, pavilion, beach. Breakfast was good but held in sister hotel two doors up. Pleasant staff. Parked at cheapest place for 4 days at asda 20 walk from hotel or catch peir train.

Good service on check in, comfortable bed and excellent location near beach and pier. Could do with certain updates e.g. key cards instead of old door keys and room bit dated (some of furniture) One of the window blinds needed fixing. Usually stay a few doors along at sister hotel The Charm, which is superior to this property.
