The fully-equipped kitchen space includes everything you need to prepare meals, while the newly renovated bathroom now boasts a modern shower for your use.



This property has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, flooring and bathroom. The property above recently had their flooring insulated to reduce the noise from footsteps above.



Our flat is well-connected with excellent transport links nearby. Regular bus routes can take you into the heart of Brighton in just 10 minutes, or to Brighton Marina in 5 minutes. Brighton Station is only a 15-minute bus ride away, making your arrival and departure hassle-free.

The property will be entirely yours for the duration of your stay, offering you complete privacy and comfort. Please note that the stairs leading down to the flat are a bit narrow, so do take care when using them.



The Neighborhood:

Kemptown Village is an excellent base for your visit to Brighton. It offers fantastic coffee shops, independent retailers, and unique vintage furniture stores. Just minutes from the seafront via the Madeira Terrace steps and the historic Victorian lift down—an experience you must try, and it's free! Another great spot is the Yellowave Beach Café and Volleyball on the seafront. Enjoy delicious food and drink, plus convenient showers and baby change facilities at the bottom of the Victorian lift.



Getting Around:

For convenient travel, the best bus routes to use are number 7, which runs from Hove to the Marina via Brighton Station, and number 1, which goes from Portslade to Whitehawk. Additionally, bus route 23 will take you to the Universities at Falmer and along Lewes Road via Hanover. These routes provide easy access to key locations around Brighton.



Alternatively, Brighton bike hire bikes are readily available at special hire points in the neighbourhood, offering a fun and eco-friendly way to explore the city.
