Staff is amazing. Ivan at the front desk always remembers us even though we only come a couple times a year. The staff at the restaurant was amazing the host Michael even made my wife and I oragami souvenirs. Our server was great at the black diamond lounge. Love coming back here every year.

Nice clean big suite for family. Full kitchen, easy to warm up food and simple cooking. Very close to Navajo ski lift. Friendly staff. Underground parking, keep the car off snow and ice. The bathroom could use some upgrade but it was alright.

We booked for 3 nights for our ski trip. We chose this property over others for the amenities-mainly the jacuzzis and sauna to use after long days on the slopes. The whole pool area was closed for maintenance for an entire day. Had we'd known that before booking We would've stayed somewhere else. I did ask for a partial refund or some type of comp but wasn't given any. Disappointed.
