Welcome to your idyllic summer retreat on Cape Cod! This classic Cape Cod-style house offers a perfect blend of charm and privacy, nestled among majestic pine trees. Enjoy the serenity of your surroundings while being a short walk to the public beach, General Store, several restaurants, the CC Bike Trail, Snowy Owl Coffee or the Brewster Book Store. Public Pickle Ball and Tennis Courts (1.5 miles).

The first floor has an open layout: It includes an oversized kitchen, living room with fireplace, sun room with space for a crib, playpen, or blow-up mattress. Also on the first floor is a bedroom (queen size bed) with a small hall and bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs includes a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a bedroom with a king size bed which has ample space for a crib, playpen or blow up air mattress.

A front deck has a table with umbrella and seating for 6. The back deck has a table with umbrella, seating for 5, and a Weber Grill. An enclosed outdoor shower is off of the back deck.

The property is set back off of a quiet un-paved road, it has an unusual amount of privacy and natural beauty.

This location truly offers the best of both worlds—peaceful privacy and easy access to the bay and vibrant Brewster/Cape Cod attractions.
