This is a great mid Cape location in a very nice neighborhood. The house has a view of a pond and use of paddle boards and a kayak are available.We had 7 people inour party and the house was perfect for our needs. I feel the cost was reasonable for what we got.

Perfect end of summer escape!

My husband and I and our couple friends had an amazing stay at this beautiful Cape house. We loved mornings in the sunroom having breakfast, and walks around the neighborhood daily. It’s the perfect location - close to so many awesome spots we wanted to check out. From the low tide flats at Breakwater beach, to sunset at Grays Boardwalk, Chatham for shopping and strolling and watching seals at the fish market, and just a 25 min drive to Hyannis for the ferries to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Everything was close and there were so many great food options nearby! It’s the ideal location for exploring the Cape!Micah was also a great host - available for any of our questions and provided lots of great info for our trip. Everything was so clean in the house and well stocked with linens, towels, cookware, everything we needed!We can’t wait to be back next year and spend more time here!

Beautiful and relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful experience staying on Canoe Pond! The home was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed (and more!). We loved reading on the deck, paddle boarding, and swimming. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and appliances, so we enjoyed cooking and grilling at the house, as well as trying some of the delicious local restaurants. Would recommend for others and would love to stay here again!
