Golden Arrow is a 4 bedroom /3 bath direct lakefront home with spacious rec room and 2 car garage. We can accommodate up to 9 guests very comfortably. Located in the sought after Mountain community of Connestee Falls In Brevard NC, we are located directly on Lake Atagahi with our own private dock.
Lake Views are abundant , wildlife is plentiful and we have easy lake access , no steep stairs to walk to the lake, large spacious flat park like backyard. See if you can spot the white squirrels ! The Connestee Falls amenity fee of $180 is included and paid for by owner .

The best part is as our guest you can Experience the Beautiful hiking trails with multiple waterfalls , plus the amenities in the Connestee community . The hiking trails are amazing. Guests have use of communities own private 19 miles of hiking trails - hike to Connestee Falls! No public access to these trails.

We are 15 minutes from Downtown Brevard and 10 Minutes to Cedar Mountain a laid back town with some dining options, and a par 3 golf course at Sherwood Forest .

There are a number of parks in our community and scenic overlooks. Lake Atagahi has its own park with a lake front pavilion, playground for the kiddies , swimming beach, basketball and volleyball courts for our guests usage. Canoe, walk or drive to the park.
Golden Arrow is also ideally located Close to many State Parks including DuPont State Forest, Gorges , Caesars Head , Pisgah ... Also its only a 40 minute drive from The Asheville Airport, less than an hour to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. Close to Jeter Farms Orchard and Pretty Place!

Vacation in The land of the Waterfalls . A 15 minute ride to downtown Brevard - a quaint southern town - try a unique craft brew, dine at great restaurants, take a breath of the mountain air scented with dogwoods and azaleas, explore art and music experiences , find the elusive white squirrels ,,,

Or just hang out on our dock , swim, fish and chill ,,, Lake Atagahi is the largest of 4 lakes in the Connestee Falls community with over 80 acres and has a stocking fish program so there are plenty of fish . Lake permits canoes , kayaks, and non gas motor paddle and pontoon boats, paddle boards . You can also explore the public docks at the other lakes in Connestee! Maps are provided at house.

HOME DETAILS:
Main Floor -
Main floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Large family room with built in wood burning fireplace and 65 inch new smart TV . Separate dining room seating for 8-10. Kitchen with modern appliances , dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven with electric stove top, Cuisinart and Keurig coffee maker, and breakfast nook that seats 4. Separate laundry room for tenants usage.
Plus an Enclosed screened in lanai with seating just off the kitchen . Outdoor decking -with multiple chairs ,and outdoor dining table on deck . New in 23 covered awning for deck .
Lake views are prevalent !
Master bedroom with New King mattress (2023), 2 bedrooms with queen bed (TV in one of queen rooms), 2 bathrooms on main floor.

Lower floor:
Open Basement with additional family room seating (great area for the kids to hang out) and 60 Inch Tv. Foosball table and multiple board games , day bed with twin mattress. PLUS Full bathroom .
Additional separate bedroom with new queen mattress.
Another level of outdoor decking with 2 lounges with cushions, multiple chairs, and a Charbroil charcoal grill. Bedroom 2 has a TV .

House has mostly wooden flooring , no carpets except on stairway ,updated appointments and furnishings . Tastefully decorated with a comfortable flair. We use cleaning products that kill any viruses and germs in order to maintain Covid cleaning standards.

Sorry we can not accept pets.

Driveway is fairly short and is not steep (Steep is common) - room for multiple cars.
Additionally we have a 2 car garage that can be used by tenants . Store bikes or your water toys.
There is parking right in front of home off the street, but cars will need to be moved into the driveway overnight as overnight parking on road is not permitted .

***Easy access from East Gate less than 5 minutes to home . No driving for miles in community just to access the main road .

Guest will need to preregister to use amenities of the community. Owner will provide details . There is access to clubhouse, pool, tennis, pickle ball and other amenities, special events/activities . There would be additional fees to play golf, and take a fitness class, etc. Upon check in you will be provided fee schedule and gate pass and guest parking passes. We will need you to complete a registration form prior to check in

Fishing on lake may require NC fishing license that can be obtained at the admin office. We are flexible so lets us know if we can assist you !
