Vacation apartment on the North Sea with a beautiful view

The "Seestern" vacation rental is located "above the rooftops of Bremerhaven." It is bright and cozy, completely renovated and modernized, and centrally located in the city center. The pedestrian and shopping district is just a 2-minute walk away. I took over the vacation rental from Mr. and Mrs. Schade in October 2021 and am continuing to offer it to you with the same level of service.

Thanks to my excellent cleaning staff, the apartment is exceptionally well-maintained. It measures 56 square meters and is located on the 7th floor (with an elevator), offering a wonderful view of the seaside city of Bremerhaven in various directions.

Amenities:
From the balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the kitchen, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the city toward the Weser River (a “second-row” view of the Weser and the radar tower, which is illuminated in the evening). The balcony is furnished with two chairs and a folding table, and a retractable awning provides shade.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic-glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirrored cabinet. Towels are provided for you (one face towel, one washcloth, and one large bath towel per person; towel package included in the price). A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the basement.

The living room offers space for two people thanks to the spring mattress built into the sofa bed. It is also equipped with a dining table for four people, a lounge chair, and a flat-screen TV with cable, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system. The living room also features a variety of books, games, and Blu-ray discs.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available.

A cozy double bed awaits you in the bedroom (beds are made; a linen package is included in the price), and there is ample closet space.

In the hallway, there is a coat rack with a shoe rack and various informational materials about Seestadt Bremerhaven.

The hallway, bedroom, and living room have laminate flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.

Everything is close by:
All attractions are in the immediate vicinity: The “Zoo am Meer,” the “German Emigration Center,” the “Klimahaus,” the “German Maritime Museum,” the “Training Ship Deutschland,” and much more are located right in the Havenwelten. These are all within a 5-minute walk. Equally close is the “Mein Outlet Shopping Center,” located right in the middle of this area.

The “Schaufenster Fischereihafen” with its restaurant district, the museum ship FMS “Gera,” and more can be reached quickly by renting e-bikes.

The “Netto” supermarket is located in the Columbus Shopping Center and can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. Other supermarkets are about a 10-minute walk away.
