Nicht alles super

Die Lage und Umgebung der Wohnung ist absolut Spitze, es ist alles in der Nähe, was man braucht und der Blick auf den Hafen ist toll.Innen gibt es aus unserer Sicht noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, vor allem abdunkelnde Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer, dort ist es ab 5.00 Uhr taghell. Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft nur sehr langsam ab, 5 Minuten nach dem Wasserabdrehen steht immer noch Wasser in der Duschtasse.

Traumhaft

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Sehr sauber, gepflegt, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Sie liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Bremerhaven auch ohne Auto zu erkunden. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte trotz des Weihnachtstages hervorragend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Familie Wachendorf

Super Lage

Wir hatten Wohnung 20 während der maritimen Tage angemietet. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter war nett und hat uns kurz in die Wohnung eingewiesen.Das Schlafsofa für zwei Personen ist für eine Nacht ok. Für mehrere Nächte eher nicht zu empfehlen. Die Bilder, vor allem der Balkon, zeigen die größere Wohnung. Auf dem Balkon der Wohnung 20 steht lediglich ein kleiner Teewagen und zwei Stühle. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung

Luft nach oben

Die Lage ist perfekt, um sich vom Alltag zu erholen. Direkt am Deich und nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Selbst bei 30 Grad war die Wohnung noch angenehm kühl. Bei der Ausstattung der Küchen ist aber noch Luft nach oben.

Bilder/Grundriss beschreiben eine andere Wohnung

Alle Fotos (soweit nich allgemein von Bhv) sowie der Grundriss beschreiben eine anderen Wohnung. Diese Wohnung war definitiv nicht nicht hell ( da nicht annähernd so viele Fenster), es gab nur eine kleine Logia ohne 180 grad Umsicht, kein Esstisch am Fenster, kein Tisch auf der Logia (nur ein wackeliger Teewagen ). Positiv an dieser Wohnung sind das Badezimmer und der Fahrstuhl sowie die Lage. Der Vermieter wollte sich bzgl der Fehlinformation bei uns melden, dieses ist aber bis zu Tag der Abreise nicht erfolgt, daher können wir nicht sagen ob das Inserat bewusst falsch ist oder es sich um ein Versehen handelt. Jedenfalls legen wir sehr viel Wert auf helle Wohnungen mit Esstisch am Fenster oder (im Sommer) Esstisch auf dem Balkon und hätten daher die Wohnung die wir bekommen haben definitiv nicht gebucht.

Unbeschreiblich schön

Wir schlossen die Tür auf und waren begeistert. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Loggia. Es gibt nichts.... absolut nichts was man an dieser Wohnung auszusetzen hätte. Sie ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und es war auch alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Einfach toll!!

Das Gebäude liegt perfekt um eine Sightseeingtour durch Bremerhaven zu machen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Wohnung im 1. OG. Mit Fahrstuhl ausgestattet. In der Wohnung alles notwendige vorhanden. M E. hätte es ein paar Hantuchhaken im Bad geben müssen. So war keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen. Gab nur eine Stange an der Heizung. Wünschenswert wären dunkle Rollos. Nachts ist es sehr hell im Schlafzimmer. Schränke sind zweckmäßig. Für Kurzurlaub ok. Dusche ist leider etwas undicht. Und geärgert habe ich mich über den Mietpreis des Stellplatzes. Gebucht haben wir über Fewo.direkt. Dort war der Preis mit 9 Euro angegeben. Berechnet wurden 12 Euro, weil die Preiserhöhung auf einer ganz anderen Internetseite bekanntgeben wurde. Wer bitte vergleicht alle Internetseite wo ggf diese Wohnung angeboten wird ??? Und eine Steigerung von 25 % ist heftig!! Ansonsten super Lage.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten erneuert bzw. überarbeitet werden. Die Duschtüren schließen beispielsweise nicht komplett, sodass oft einiges an Wasser ins Bad dringt. Daher ziehen wir ein kleines Sternchen ab.

Schöne Wohnung in direkter Nähe zu allen Attraktionen

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt am Neuen Hafen in Bremerhaven. Wohnungsgröße für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind passend, zwei Bäder und Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sehr praktisch. Tolle Sicht auf einen Teil des Yachthafens, sehr ruhige Lage abseits großer Straßen. Alle Attraktionen fußläufig erreichbar (Klimahaus, Zoo am Meer, Strandbad, Museen, Bootsfahrten etc.). Parken hinter dem Haus kein Problem, Tagesticket kostet 3,50 €. Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, alle notwendigen Geräte, Geschirr etc. vorhanden. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es gibt keine Jalousien, sondern nur helle Schieberollos, die die Zimmer bei Tageslicht nicht wirklich verdunkeln. Aber abends/nachts ist das okay.

Die schöne Wohnung mit dem atemberaubenden Blick hat uns auch zu regnerischen Zeiten eine tolle Zeit in Bremerhaven geboten. Die Loggia mit dem Blick ist einmalig.

Kurzurlaub mit Aussicht

Wir hatten die Wohnung für einige Tage im Juni gemietet. Die Wohnung entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Besonders die großen Glasfronten mit Blick auf den Hafen haben uns begeistert. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen reibungslos. Für unser Auto hatten wir einen Garagenplatz dazugebucht, die Fahrräder konnten im abgeschlossenen Fahrradraum abgestellt werden. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Unser Urlaub war viel zu kurz, um alles zu erkunden. Wir werden das nachholen.

Havenwelten pur erlebt

Die Lage des modernen und schick eingerichteten Appartmens ist perfekt. Die Beschreibung trifft in allen Punkten zu. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage mitten in den Havenwelten von Bremerhaven.
