Food was good with attentive and generous service in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Our children enjoyed the pool which was clean and well cared for. We ate three meals at the restaurant which were all great. The staff were all friendly. We saw iguanas and monkeys in the courtyard which was also fun. Highly recommend.

The hotel is simple with lovely landscaping. The staff are all great people, very friendly and engaging. In particular Donald in the restaurant. Also Jennifer at the front desk, who made sure any issues were dealt with promptly. The groundskeeper whose name I do not remember is a super friendly gentleman. The rooms were cleaned daily, the cleaning staff are efficient and friendly as well. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we come to this area. This hotel is a very good value as well. We spent two weeks here. Thanks to all you folks at Conchal hotel for making our stay very enjoyable.
