The property was perfect. Close to Ichetucknee Springs and many other parks but far enough away to get incredible peace and quiet. The house was setup for the dogs well, even had toys for them! And especially setup for a great family stay. We didnt leave the river for more than a few hours a day. The water is very clear and while it is active on the weekends, the weekdays its all yours. Fishing, floating, paddle boarding, kayaking for the humans and limitless sticks for the dogs to swim for during the day, while at night start a fire with wine and smores! We've been gone for less than a week and we are planning when we can go back. Thank you again, Michael!

We had a great time! Loved the house, the amenities and especially the river. We were completely comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The nearby towns had restaurants and grocery stores available and the nearby springs were a lot of fun. Thank you for sharing your home! We would love to return!

Just breathtaking. Being able to sit on the front porch and watch the fish jump in the River and the deer go across the yard every morning was beautiful. We took a boat down the River towards Branford and were able to visit 5 springs 2 of which aren’t accessible by land. Could only recommend this place. Great place for families

Tubing Trip

My family stayed here for my mom's birthday. The location was perfect for tubing Ichnetucknee. The house was equipt with most of the things we needed for making meals and enjoying our stay. It would have been nice to have napkins and a few more washclothes. I didn't read the description or other reviews carefully to know that the second bathroom is below the house in the carport. There are a couple of kayaks and tubes at the house but they are not in good shape. The kayak my daughter tried in the river had a hole in the bottom and she didn't make it very far. My parents did kill a couple of cockroaches in the sink in the master bedroom. None of these things made our trip a disappointment or ruined plans we had. We enjoyed being together, fishing in the river, and tubing the springs.

High school friends annual get together.

The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed boating and swimming on the river and sitting on the dock mornings and evenings. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend renting this house.

Ginnie Springs Weekend

This is the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided amenities, games and toys for our kids making the stay even more memorable. We loved the original cabin vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Aside from some initial inconveniences caused by a recent storm, we were still able to make the best of our stay. Beautiful weekend!

Nature calls!

We loved our stay in your home! It's a secluded beautiful home surrounded by nature! Woke up in the morning and had coffee on the pier and listened to all the birds. Really relaxing and enjoyable! Jump in the yak and go for ride. Really enjoyed the tree swing too! Close to the beautiful springs, we spent 4 days and had lots to do!

Nice property, but only one bathroom in the main living area!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The views, lake, tree swings (our kids spent hours playing on them!) were all very nice. The kitchen was well appointed, and the bedrooms and living area were nice as well. The only downside for us was having just one bathroom in the main living area. While the listing says there are two bathrooms, the second bathroom is on the ground level and does not have airconditioning/heating, and was hence not usable when we visited in December. Additionally, access to the second bathroom is from the outside, so it feels more like an "outhouse". We were two families traveling with children, so had we known that there was just one bathroom in the main living/airconditioned area, we would not have booked this property. Other than this, the house was great, and the property manager was very responsive via text. It would have been helpful if the listing mentioned that the second bathroom was on a different level that was not under air.

Memorable

This cabin is something like none other. I went with 7 others and a dog. The place was more than big enough to hold us all comfortably. The bathroom situation wasn’t so bad since there was another one downstairs that worked just fine. The cabin was very well maintained and clean for our arrival. The living area/ kitchen was another plus with ample space to cook and gather around. The kitchen came with all we needed to cook with, and the bathrooms came with towels. The only downside I can say was that the lighting inside was a little dim. Going downstairs there was a large fireplace which made for a perfect s’mores night. The three kayaks and the tubes also made for lots of fun on the water. The large backyard was so much fun for our dog too. The dock by the water was also nice to have as it had direct access to the water and the sunset. If you are on the water, there are plenty of boats that speed by though but other than that it’s perfect. Overall, it was a very fun experience and a memorable getaway!

Great Getaway!

Beautiful place on the Santa Fe. Family of 5 plus Grandma fit perfectly. Brought our dogs who enjoyed as well. Spacious inside and out. Lids loved the rope swing out front. I loved dropping into the Ichetucknee just up the road at the lower end of the park and floating/kayaking down to where the Ichetucknee meets the Santa Fe making it back to the property in about an hour. The only downside is one bathroom, but we didn't have any issues with that. Dressers would be nice in each room, and some board games. But again, not a big deal without. Had a great time!
