The Barn está situado en una zona tranquila con impresionantes vistas sobre el campo circundante. Estás en un bonito pueblo con un gran pub a dos minutos a pie. También hay numerosos paseos por el campo desde la puerta con muchas gemas de National Trust para visitar y Bath cerca. Vivimos en la propiedad vecina Church Farm y siempre estamos disponibles si es necesario.

The property was to an exceptionally high standard, lovely and warm on arrival, a folder full of useful information..even a TV above the gloriously deep baths.Clean,welcome items such as fresh eggs and milk and brilliantly stocked kitchen of utensils.Fabulous instructions on how to find the location. Comfortable beds and pillows.Highly recommend this getaway location

Wonderful - a perfect getaway

My wife and I stayed for a weekend with our 9mth old son. Upon arrival The Barn felt incredibly welcoming, what a lovely place, finished to a very high spec & kept completely immaculate. We felt comfortable letting our son on the loose in there too! We visited Bath one day, and The Courts Gardens the other day, with a BBQ at The Barn inbetween. We'd happily return in the future to continue exploring the area. Thanks Dina & Mark for having us.

A great find for visiting Bath and surrounding area. The Barn has a good feeling & the workmanship is outstanding as is the decor, everything has been thought of. Good walks & pubs. Hope to visit again.

Fantastic location and facilities

Although it is a little out of the way it was easy to find. The facilities were first rate with a very well appointed kitchen. If it was quiet serenity you are looking for then the barn is perfect.

Beautiful Apartment next to Bath

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. It is close to Bath, Bristol and Stonehenge and Dianah and Mark are perfekt hosts.

Wow! What a place!

The Barn has been converted with love and care to an exceptional standard. We loved the exposed concrete original beams, the sensor lighting, the original artwork and the built in TV in both bathrooms! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need, and Dinah and Mark had left basic supllies for us, even eggs from the chickens in the garden! The layout makes the most of the beautiful views (including Roxy the horse) and the place is filled with natural light during the day, but is cosy and warm in the evening. Dinah and Mark were great hosts, on hand to help if needed but also unintrusive. There is a Michelin Bib Gourmand pub 2 minutes walk away but relaxing in the barn of an evening with a takeaway delivered from Bradford on Avon was just as lovely. My only regret was not having taken my work laptop with me and stayed for longer! Definitely will aim to go back

Perfect for relaxing and sightseeing.

The Barn is very comfortable, peaceful and has all you could need plus some! Dinah is very amenable and quietly in the the background, same goes for the hens and Roxy the horse! We were able to visit so many places as nothing is too far away. We really appreciated the milk, bread, eggs biscuits and wonderful flowers from the garden, thank you. We’d definitely recommend for a stay in Wiltshire.

Amazing break away

What a magnificent barn, spacious rooms and furnished beautifully. Lovely surrounding sights, animals and wildlife. Very nice and welcoming hosts. We will definitely be returning.

Superb home from home!

The Barn was immaculate, beyond 5 star. Attention to detail with the conversion of this property is second to none. Superb quality, fab interior design & colour scheme. Will definitely return for longer next time!

Nobody does it better

This is by far the best vacation property we have ever stayed in. Dinah and Mark are the ultimate hosts, always there if you needed anything but never intrusive. If anyone wants to know how to run a vacation rental just follow the example of Dinah and Mark. The Barn exceeded our expectations, it was much larger than the photos would have you believe. It's filled with light and unbelievable clean. The South Wraxall location is beautiful as are the views from The Barn, it was a joy to wake up in the morning to hear the chickens and see the horse in the field. We can't thank Dinah and Mark enough for making our vacation so memorable, we will return.

Wonderful stay

The barn was absolutely wonderful in a fabulous location. The location was peaceful with lovely surroundings including a lovely Pub with great food. The kids loved the barn, tv in the bathroom and most of all seeing Roxy and the chickens. The barn is close enough to drive to Bradford on Avon which has lovely restaurants and the station which gets you into Bath. Would definitely recommend staying here and I am sure this will not be our last visit.

Understated luxury

This property has been so thoughtfully planned and furnished by Mark and Dinah for the comfort of their guests - it is a treat. Even the jolly hens by the garden are beautiful and friendly too and of course there were a few freshly laid eggs in our welcome hamper and a vase of flowers freshly picked from the garden. Would I return and recommend to others - absolutely!

Beautiful barn conversion

Our second stay. A fantastic place to escape to, immaculately finished property, spotlessly clean, and some nice goodies waiting for us. And an amazing coffee machine. Dinah and Mark have gone to an incredible effort. The location is excellent too, a quiet village, countryside views and nice walks. A great stay.
