The house was nice and very spacious. Four bedrooms three bathrooms makes it easy to hold six to eight people. We loved how close it was to Annamarie Island. Jackie, the host was very helpful and quick to respond when needed.. The only thing I would’ve liked to have seen was a pool or hot tub on the premises.

Please don't say on the ad about a pool when it is not even within a walkable distance. Doesn't seem right. The air conditioner in the first bedroom was inoperable and the whole house air conditioner cannot be set below 70. With the high temps in the upper 60's we could not get the air to come on to take the humidity out of the air. It was a sticky situation. Small complaints but you wanted my feedback. Great place overall. Lots of room and games to play. Would I stay again? Probably. Jackie is at your service. Thanks

Our first week long vacation as a family!!! It was an amazing experience. The house is right where you want to be. Closely and conveniently located to all the local restaurants and shopping areas, while being minutes away from the beach. It was an amazing experience!

We had a fantastic time at Jackie’s property! She seems like a wonderful person and was so very nice. I think literally the only thing we wished was there was a pool with the very large backyard. The location was very quiet, neighborhood like. The access to the Cortez bridge was very close and the parking to this property was great. Inside you get a wow factor as soon as you walk in. I LOVE the open kitchen setup and the back porch is like the icing on the cake. Jackie had just about everything we could possibly need and more. Jackie goes above and beyond to reach out and offer suggestions on the areas, provide great local recommendations, and simply to ensure we are doing good. I would gladly stay here or at any of Jackie’s properties any day of the week. We look forward to reserving one of the others in the future! 10/10 all day from us!

Property was cute, fairly clean and in a nice location. What we were a little disappointed by though was that the information about the sleeping spaces was a little inaccurate with there being no pull out beds/futons, both dryers were broken and not drying clothes or towels, and the backyard was also in pretty bad disrepair. Overall it was good for our needs for a couple of days but I don’t think I would stay at this particular property again.

Fantastic Rental, Lots of Space!

This is a nice, quiet, safe and comfortable rental! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked well, both a keurig and coffee pot and the grill worked (rare at rentals!) The location is perfect for the beach or endless close restaurants and groceries. Super nice host, they want you to enjoy your stay!!

This is a very well appointed house. Absolutely beautiful. Love the back porch, it's huge and although the backyard area is not landscaped, it is a very large yard area. Hot water is amazing!!!! All can get showers!

Relaxing family getaway

We had a great stay at this house & had plenty of room for all 12 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with great appliances. When we had a small issue at the rental our host Jackie was quick to respond & even provided us with breakfast the next day. All the beds were comfortable and the home was beautiful. The home is close to just abt anything you’d need esp the beach. We’d def book again.

This property was truly a charm! Spacious rooms with king size and queen size beds that were immaculately clean and super comfortable! This home was recently renovated with a sweet touch at every corner - we truly loved it! Large screened porch at the back with plenty of lounging space.The kitchen was modern with a variety of cookware and useful appliances. Many games and entertainment were discovered in the family room and a t.v was provided in every room for your viewing pleasure. The neighborhood was just a skip away from the beaches, restaurants and shopping boutiques. The owner Jackie was a pleasure and easy to communicate with; made sure we were satisfied throughout our visit. Don't wait guys, book it!

The property was very clean which was a top priority. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, matching the description offered online. We especially enjoyed the back porch.A suggestion for those packing for future visits, bring personal soap and shampoo items. We are all so used to having some available upon arrival that we made an assumption. Yes, we all some with us, but not enough.No worries, stores are super close by. We utilized the showers without incident (smile).

Loved our relaxing winter vacation!

The property was so clean & beautiful! They thought of everything. The rooms were large & comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The back porch was fabulous! The property was in a convenient & quiet area that doesn't require a lot of driving to grocery stores & shopping. We were just a short drive to the beaches. Jackie is a wonderful host! Great long weekend stay while my daughter had a lacrosse tournament at IMG! Super convenient, extremely comfortable and a great option for families! Wish we were there for a longer stay :-)
