While in the mud room area you will be able to view 2 double sliders to the back lanai that fully open to leave a very nice flow to the outdoors. Down the hallway you will have split bedrooms the master en-suite off to the left and the 2 guest bedrooms to the right comprising of a king bed and 2 Queens. The living room adds an extra place to sleep with the pull out Queen sofa. Outside is where it’s at with the heated swim spa that has 3 hydrotherapy seats and a current of you turn it on to swim against or comfortable enough for 4-6 people to float around and hang out. The back yard also has a fire pit and 6 Adirondack chairs around it. There are two lounge chairs, and ample seating outside, as well as in the lanai. You won’t be bored here with the swim spa, corn hole, ping-pong, fire pit arcade games and family games. This truly is a great place to relax in between your beach time.
