While compact, the unit features a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel under-counter appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, range, microwave, and even a beverage cooler and coffee bar – everything you need for a convenient stay.

You'll love being able to walk to some fantastic local restaurants and explore the island easily with the free trolley that runs conveniently up and down Anna Maria. For those looking for adventure, kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent right on the beach.

Guest Policy: The base rate is for 2 guests. An additional charge of $50 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests (including adults, children, and infants). Please inquire before booking if you have more than 2 guests. Your reservation is valid only for the number of guests specified in your booking. All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pet Policy: We welcome a maximum of two pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet. Each pet has a 30 lb. maximum weight limit (per HOA rules). Please ask before bringing a pet. Keep in mind that pets are not allowed on the beach in Manatee County.

Smoking Policy: ONE SHELL COVE is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. You must go beyond the parking lot or onto the beach to smoke.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the home clean and leave it in a "reasonably clean" condition upon departure.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase separate trip insurance to cover their possessions and any unforeseen travel complications.

I really enjoyed the property because it was a beautiful beachfront apartment, clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, always answering any questions and providing assistance right away when needed. The beach itself was spotless, peaceful, and not crowded at all, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. I will recommend 100%.

So happy I found this place. Everything about it was just what I was looking for in a get away. The condo was well equipped with just about anything you might need. Walk right out your door and there’s the beach. Easy check in and check out. Even though I live just 5 miles from the beach I plan to return for another mini vacation.

Parental Getaway

I came to visit my parents for the Christmas season and my brother came with me. He stayed with them and I had to have my own space because I'm just like that. I NEED my own quiet space. This space was PERFECT for me. I was comfortable and felt safe. I could open the window and hear the ocean all night. We had 1 day of sunshine and the sunset DID NOT disappoint. Overall a beautiful stay and I would love to come back sometime! Thank you!
