THANK YOU for your interest in our vacation property. This comfortable , fully functioning home is the perfect place for your northern Michigan getaway. We are located just minutes from downtown Boyne city and beautiful lake Charlevoix. The property is just steps away from avalanche natural preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short ten minute drive. We are centrally located. The property does have security cameras located at the front door, carport and living room patio. We also live near the rental should you have any questions/ concerns during your stay.
This three bedroom, two bath home will fit all your vacation needs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bathroom, walk in closet with storage and a 42 in Roku television. The two additional bedrooms both have queen beds ( one with a memory foam and one with a standard mattress) and closets with storage. All bedrooms have extra linens /blankets.
Feel at home and enjoy the 56 in Roku television in the living room. We offer Hulu, Disney + and espn, this is signed in and ready to go on both tvs. The sofa sectional also converts to a sofa sleeper that could sleep one additional adult comfortably. Our fully functioning kitchen can serve all of your cooking needs. The main bathroom has a shower/ tub, washer/ dryer, linens and a multitude of toiletries should you need anything during your stay. The property has two small patios, on off the master bedroom and the other off the living room, a cozy outside sitting area with a smokeless fire pit and outdoor lighting. There is a carport for one car and up to two additional along side, additional parking is available upon request for boats/ trailers.
Boyne is full of fun exciting things to keep you busy or a perfect place to unwind and relax. We hope you consider this vacation property for your next adventure!

Christine was a wonderful host! She was always available to answer questions and went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed! Her home was stocked better than any VRBO we’ve stayed in and had so many little details to make you feel right at home … a personalized welcome greeting, fully stocked kitchen & bathrooms w everything you would need, soft & fuzzy blankets for warming up w your coffee or hot chocolate after skiing! Tons of TV channel options and you’re able to angle the tv for great viewing from the kitchen too! We didn’t have time to use the patio & w spending so much time at the slopes & tons of great snow, but there is a great patio & grill area too! This is a great location for enjoying all that Boyne Mtn & the Lake Charlevoix area has to offer!!! We can’t wait to visit again! Excellent cabin!! Clean, Comfy & Cozy! Had all the little extras that make such a difference!!Soft sheets, cozy blankets, fluffy towels, little extras in bathrooms in case you forgot something. We were very happy with our stay. The house was very clean and the owners provided many extras in case you forgot anything. Close to downtown Boyne City and Walloon Lake. We needed a place to stay for a wedding and this worked out perfectly

House was very clean, well maintained and it had everything we needed. Close to Boyne Mountain, where we took the kids. Due to the snow we couldn't enjoy the fire pit and other outside amenities but hope to return in the summer next time. Still a great weekend overall.

All the Little Things

The property was as advertised! Everything was in excellent condition and was very comfortable for a family of four to be able to enjoy Boyne Mountain in the winter without having to deal with the hustle/bustle of staying at the resort. But the real difference in this property was all of the little things that the property manager does to make the stay wonderful! They made available anything you possibly could have forgotten to pack from bathroom items to laundry detergent to an array of snacks (that the kids loved!). Plus, we got LOTS of snow during our stay and they made sure the road leading to the beautiful spot of the property on top of a hill was plowed so that we could get our non-four-wheel drive vehicle to the property without getting stuck. Excellent stay!

Perfect and cute!

This house is clean, well maintained and the host was very attentive and easy to connect with! Looks even better in person. They had a fully stocked kitchen so making dinner was easy because they had all the tools and dishes we needed. Only ten minutes from Boyne mountain and the house sits right on the edge of town. Love the location! Hope to stay here again soon!
