Comfortable room with peaceful view

The Seahorse Inn never fails to provide comfort and class in each of their rooms. We were moved from room 1 to room 2 due to a problem with the heating, however the noise made by the couple thumping around in the room directly above, both throughout the night and early morning, resonated through to our room and woke us up each time. Outside of that though, it was a comfortable room and luxurious bed. The included breakfast was also lovely and the garden view was beautiful.

We had Room 3 which was upstairs (no lift) and had a garden view. Comfortable bed and plenty of room for luggage. Own air conditioner, small fridge and bathrobes. We had dinner in the dining room which was bistro style ie order at the desk. The hotel fronts onto the beach. It was scenic walking along the sand, viewing across the ocean towards Eden.

We stayed in an elevated, two-bedroom villa, which was very comfortable and nicely appointed. We all enjoyed a very relaxing night's sleep, and breakfast on the balcony with the sound of waves crashing was delightful. Parking was located beneath the cabin, accessible via outside stairs. There wasn't much of a view, except for the cabin in front, but the location was just a short stroll to the beach. Note that when on the beach, every so often, a wave would come in much further than the others, so be careful with young children and any belongings you place on the sand. We received a very warm welcome upon checking in. We only stayed one night, so we didn't try the on-site restaurant, choosing instead to eat in Eden. A must-do is the Eden Killer Whale museum - highly recommended.
