Te encantará quedarte en nuestra cabaña escondida, construida a mano, ubicada en el bosque, al lado del agua, con total privacidad. Salga a la cubierta de atrás y disfrute de la alimentación de los colibríes. Esté atento a los ciervos y los mapaches o escuche las muchas llamadas de los pájaros. Esta hermosa cabaña frente al lago está aislada para un retiro tranquilo, completamente amueblada con antigüedades y electrodomésticos de cocina de tamaño completo. Suministramos su café, crema, azúcar, sal / pimienta, utensilios de cocina, platos, ropa de cama y ropa de cama. Nuestra cabaña es totalmente moderna con calefacción y aire central, completa con electrodomésticos modernos, pero amueblada para una cómoda vida en el campo con antigüedades, lugares de fuego de piedra (registros de incendios de gas estacionales operativos) para una estancia más rústica y romántica en los meses de invierno, cubiertas grandes, Columpios y Gazebos para la diversión al aire libre en los meses de primavera, verano y otoño. Nuestra cabina cuenta con TV por cable, WIFI gratuito y un reproductor de DVD, si no está tratando de alejarse de todo. Esta hermosa cabaña tiene dos dormitorios ubicados arriba con una cama matrimonial en uno y una cama queen en el otro dormitorio. Con las dos habitaciones ubicadas arriba, esto permite una sala de estar más grande / área de gran sala. Esta cabaña está idealmente diseñada para adultos que buscan un escondite único y tranquilo. Estamos a solo un minuto del parque estatal Barren River con puerto deportivo, campo de golf, paseos a caballo, senderos naturales y más; 35 minutos del área de la cueva de Mammoth con recorridos por las cuevas, diversión en tirolina, toboganes alpinos, acción de carritos, mundo de dinosaurios, Ky Down Under y más; A 30 minutos del parque de atracciones Beech Bend, Splash Lagoon, Drag Strip o el museo Corvette en Bowling Green, Ky.

Holiday Getaway

Took the kids on a Holiday Getaway. Lovely cabin that was easy to find. Remote, so don’t expect restaurants and shopping nearby.

This cabin was the most gorgeous property we have stayed in for a while! Beautiful views from every window. Exceptionally clean and the host was so very welcoming! We will be back and would highly recommend!!!

Cabin review

Everything was great. Exactly what I was looking for. To get away from the city and relax. I wanted to use the grill and cook some burgers. All I had to do was go up to Zack’s Food Mart down the street and got everything I needed. The DVD player was there but didn’t have any cords to hook up the tv. I think my seven year old left a DVD in the player when he found out it wasn’t working. The check out instructions did say to check the player and they were not responsible if anything was left behind. That was our fault so I’m upset. The tv was a Roku tv and had satellite, so plenty of options for the kids. I was a little disappointed the Barren River Lake behind the cabin was so low. I did ask around and found out it fills up throughout Spring and tops off at about memorial day. Other than that we had a fantastic time and will be going back.

Cute stay

The location of this cabin was beautiful! The cabin itself however is a little out dated. Tacky signs hang all over with messages for guests to wash dishes/not touch the thermostat/ check out process etc. The scrub brush for the dishes looked like it hadnt been changed in several stays. The beds we uncomfortable. One squeaked with any little movement. The other felt like the middle was caving inward. If you can get past those quirks and some of the outdated it decor, it was nice for a short stay and again the location is breath taking.

Amazing cabin, secluded with lake view!

Would recommend this cabin again and again! Back deck was my favorite hangout with the gazebo and beautiful lake view. I loved that the cabin was secluded so very relaxing getaway from everything and everyone. Very short drive to restaurants and other stores. Less than a mile to Barren River Lake State Park.

FEELS LIKE CAMP

was such a nice quaint cabin - my friends and I had a great stay and spent time on the sizable deck space and walking around the the water (the lake was mostly dried up - maybe for the season?). Cabin was also located in a small neighborhood which wasn’t as secluded as I had hoped but it was still in the country side of KY and we had such a nice time it felt like a weekend camp.

Humble stay

We arrived for our weekend and the power was out due to bad weather. We stayed hoping the power would return and never did. We were able to stay off grid and enjoy each others company with complete humbleness. The owners were very kind and generous to our stay. Highly recommend their hospitality.

No lake at the lake house

House was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed visiting Paradise Point and Kenny's Farmhouse Cheese. One of the reasons we chose the property is because of the photos of the lake. Unfortunately, the lake is only there a few months of the year.

My wife and I enjoyed our two day stay very much. I thought the cabin was almost perfect. The only downside is that there is quite a bit of traffic noise from a bridge that is quite a ways away but the sound carries.

Beautiful lake front view!

My boyfriend and our children enjoyed the peaceful, beautiful views of this cabin! The management was easy to reach out to. The cabin itself was lovely and clean. The view from the deck was spectacular. We will return!

Very peaceful

What a great cabin and peaceful location. Excellent view of the lake, close to town, and many things to do just minutes away. We had a very relaxing time. Lovely Getaway

We had such a lovely time, we extended an extra night! Very cozy, tree-covered property, with a cliff view of the lake. Located on a populated street, but secluded by a long driveway and canopy of trees. It's a short drive to the marina where we rented a boat on Saturday, and an even shorter trip to a nice hike on Sunday. Perfect meet-in-the-middle for Nashville and Lexington.
