Sea View Three Bed Detached Home - With Parking

Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom family home nestled by the sea! Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the comfort of your spacious, detached retreat. With a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, outdoor patio and balcony, it's perfect for family gatherings or relaxing evenings watching the sunset. Conveniently located near beaches, restaurants and a short distance from Bournemouth, this seaside haven promises a memorable coastal getaway for friends and family.

All three bedrooms are fitted with deluxe mattresses and linen with towels provided. The master bedroom has a super king bed, the second bedroom downstairs has two single beds with an additional single bed upstairs. There are three living rooms in total, the main is downstairs with the dining area attached. There is a large separate living room upstairs that leads to the balcony to enjoy the sea views. The final living area is in the conservatory downstairs that leads to the back garden. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both have showers with the upstairs bathroom being a bath and a shower. There is ample parking for two vehicles on the drive with additional free parking on the streets outside.

The property is all self check and we send all check in information on the day of arrival.

There is a strict no party / event policy and the property is to be used for residential purposes only with no stag / hen parties.
