Incredible week

The house is amazing with a spacious main living area (kitchen, dining and living room). Incredible views across the marshes with birds and deer. We loved our week and will try to stay here again.

Quick, fantastic visit

Far exceeded expectations

My wife and I were getting married in Scituate and we had a hard time finding a rental that would allow us to book so far in advance. We are so happy this place worked out because it was absolutely beautiful. Its easy to miss the private driveway, but other than that, it was perfect. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Wonderful

This place was perfect for our 4 day weekend getaway. The kitchen was very well appointed so we decided to skip brunch plans out with friends and instead cooked brunch and stayed there. The view is gorgeous. The perfect viewpoint to enjoy the beauty of fall. Big blue sky and colorful trees & marsh…never got old!

Wonderful Home!

We needed a place to stay nearby while our home was undergoing some work for a couple days. This was an AMAZING oasis and so comfortable for our family of 4 (including a 3 and 1 year old). The house was well stocked with all amenities we needed and more. Not to mention the beautiful view from the living room that we enjoyed during relaxing times. We'd absolutely recommend and may even stay again soon!

Hidden Jem!

This house was amazing! We live 10 minutes down the street but rented it for a few nights because we had friends visiting for my daughter's birthday. What a hidden jem! The location and views incredible. The house is brand new, immaculate, bright and sunny, and fully stocked. HIGHLY recommend.

The property is nice, but easy to miss off the highway. The drop off from the highway could damage a smaller car, so I recommend a sturdy sedan or SUV, as the road is gravel and unpaved to home. The property had spider/other insect issues, as it is approaching summer. There are some floorboards coming up in the kitchen/family room area. Also, many of the blinds will not stay closed and are in need of repair. Finally, the upstairs bathroom has a pocket door that will not lock and slides open because it cannot lock. Plan for 1 bathroom because of that issue. As for the rest of the home, it is very quiet inside, but you can hear cars on the highway next to the property. The ability to cook and not have the hustle and bustle of a hotel room was the main reason we picked this home; on that score, it delivered. If the owner fixes the small things noted here (also noted in the guest register book on property), it would be perfect. We never used the screened in patio or yard in our time, so I can't speak to its usefulness.
