My traveling companion and I arrived at this ‘inn’ and we were floored at the truly awful conditions of the room and property. The photos completely misrepresented the state it’s in.There was no way we could stay there and had to rebook at a different hotel. The manager at the time agreed to refund the full amount, which I appreciated. With that show of good faith, I was not planning to leave a bad review in order to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, the refund never came through and the property has not responded to a single request from Expedia to process the refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I booked this hotel because it said it was 3 stars and rated 8.4 by guests. We got there and the signs were all covered up. I thought they had closed. The building was run down. Our room was dirty. The door to the balcony was broken. I don’t believe there was an elevator. The young lady that checked us in announced our room number, which generally is not said aloud for safety reasons. Lucas was helpful. There were no bugs. Other than that, there were no other positives. Especially for $280/night.

Room was clean but carpet was gross. I rented three weeks prior and when I got there the front desk guy told me they didn’t have any room available. After I complained he got me a room but I was downgraded from a two bed room to a single bed/smaller room. Also breakfast doesn’t offer any type of protein.

When my sons checked in the woman at the desk told him there were only smoking rooms available even though the sign behind her said no smoking rooms. He eventually got a room but they told him they could not find the hotels.com reservation and took a large security deposit. In the morning they told him he would not be double charged. Several days later the security deposit was charged to his account. Hotel.com called for us twice trying to resolve this issue. The first time we were told the hotel found the reservation and would be returning our deposit . The second time, after not receiving our money and again being told they could not find the reservation ,hotels.com said there was a language issue and we would hear back from a higher level employee in 24 hours. It has now been nearly another week. I hate writing negative reviews but I fear this issue is not going to be fixed .

This motel should be shut down! Several rooms on the first floor flooded from the second floor and this was a known issue and yet the rooms still were booked This definitely has health code violations. Eventho aware of the issue. difficultly understanding english at front b desk and is not well trained. The software system is outdated, painfully slow and cannot print receipts when booked from a third party such as bookings.com, expedia.com etc. misrepresent the inn with showing pictures that are not of the motel and make the claim that it is an historic inn, which is far from the truth. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
