Perfekte Lage, Strand sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar, genau so wie Möglichkeiten zum Fahrradverleih und Einkauf. Das Häuschen hat die optimale Größe und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die neue Küche ist sehr schön. Der kleine Vorgarten ist schön gepflegt und allgemein eine ruhige Lage. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung - auf die Sauberkeit im Detail sollte aber noch mehr geachtet werden.

Tolle Lage, gern wieder

Wir hatten leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter sonst hätten wir die Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus nutzen können. Super gelegen, schnell am Strand und in der Fußgängerzone.

Wir waren ein langes Wochenende auf Borkum. Die Wohnung liegt in einem separaten Haus. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Lage war für uns ideal. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Klein aber fein!

Wir waren mit 4 Personen plus Hund mehr als zufrieden in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist prima und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Da man auf der Insel meist draußen unterwegs ist, reicht die Wohnung vollkommen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der kleine Garten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, war sehr sauber, aber doch auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten daher den kleinen Garten vor der Tür (mit Tisch, Platz für Räder und langer Wäscheleine) super nutzen.

Angenehm entspannter Aufenthalt

Ausgesprochen ruhige Lage. Befindet sich hinter einer Häuserreihe. Sitzgelegenheit im Freien auch für die Mahlzeiten möglich. Küche mit zahlreichen Utensilien sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Nordsee sowie das Zentrum in Laufnähe schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung sauber angetroffen. Alles funktionierte. Wir würden diese Unterkunft erneut wählen.

Früher Gartenhaus jetzt FeWo

Die FeWo war dem anschein nach mal eine Gartenhütte und wurde umgebaut. Wir waren mit 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 0-2 Jahre) dort. Die Räumlichkeiten sind vollkommen ausreichend, allerdings wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen nicht zwingend modern eingerichtet, was uns aber egal ist. In der Küche ist soweit alles da was man benötigt, allerdings wären mehr Schüsseln wünschenswert. Das Bad verfügt über ein Fenster und eine Heizung sowie einen recht lauten Heizlüfter bei deam ich nicht erkennen konnte, nach welchen Kriterien dieser ansprang. Da wir eigentlich nur zum Schlafen dort waren, ist der Heizlüfter aber für uns kein großes Problem gewesen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hätte eine dickere Matratze vertragen können. Zwar sind Fliegengitter vorhanden, aber an einigen Stellen jedoch beschädigt. Zudem gibt es sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch der Küche Fernseher, die wir jedoch nicht nutzen. In der Nähe ist direkt ein Bäcker, der allerdings nur bis 10 auf hat und Restaurants sowie die Innenstadt sind auch innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Der Putzdienst hat in den Ecken im Eingangsbereich nicht ganz so gründlich geputzt, ansonsten war aber alles sauber. Klopapier war keines vorhanden und im Handtuchpaket waren lediglich kleine Handtücher (keine Badetücher) enthalten.

Absolut mangelhafte Hygiene

Beim Eintreffen war die Wohnung nicht gründlich gereinigt. Unter dem Nachttisch fanden wir Teile einer Damenbinde. Unter dem Bett lagen tote Kellerasseln und ähnliches Getier. Die Matratze wies Urinflecken mit Schimmelansatz auf. Der Vermieter ließ zwar umgehend eine Grundreinigung durchführen, kümmerte sich allerdings nicht um die Matratze. Seitens des Vermieters erfolgte keinerlei Stellungnahme.

Ein eigenes kleines Ferienhaus

Hinter einem Einfamilienhaus gelegen, bietet der kleine Bungalow alles, was man auf Borkum braucht, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen, auch einen kleinen Rasen mit Tisch und Stühlen. Man ist ziemlich schnell am Südstrand, welches sowieso der schönste ist, erst recht mit dem Fahrrad. Auch diverse Radtouren kann machen, der nächste Fahrradverleih ist nicht weit weg und es ist auch der günstigste auf der Insel, soweit ich das mitbekommen habe, in der Deichstr. 20

Haus Sleeboom

Uns erwartete ein gemütlicher kleiner Bungalow in zentraler Lage. Wir waren schnell am Strand und genauso schnell im Zentrum von Borkum. Der Bungalow hat zwar keinen Herd aber eine Mikrowelle für schnelle Gerichte. Er ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Für meinen Sohn und mich war er daher völlig ausreichend und gemütlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder
