Ancient eighteenth-century private villa on three floors with lift, recently renovated maintaining the original style, the large rooms with wooden "coffered" ceilings and terracotta floors, elegantly furnished with many period pieces of furniture. The Villa is surrounded by a large, partially fenced park of 20,000 m2. where there is also a farmhouse with a fenced courtyard where a family lives. Villa "Il Poggio", 200 m a.s.l., detached from the 17th century. 7 km from the centre of Borgo San Lorenzo, 20 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 18 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: park 20'000 m2, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 5 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: lift, central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Parking on the premises.
