Property composed of main house and outbuilding 19 km from the centre of Borgholm, 49 km from the centre of Färjestaden, 56 km from the centre of Kalmar, in a secluded, quiet position, 900 m from the sea, 900 m from the beach. Private: property, garden 3'300 m2 with lawn. 400 m long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 14 km, grocery 14 km, supermarket 19 km, shopping centre 19 km, restaurant 14 km, bus stop "Eriksberg" 1.6 km, pebble beach 900 m. Nearby attractions: Köpingsvik 12 km, Solliden 25 km. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
