From the moment we landed till the time we left the staff were the most professional I have witnessed in all my travels, their happiness and smiles made our day. We spend everyday eating in the restaurant the reason being the food excellent and the staff outstanding, value was excellent as well. There is no doubt it is in the name because this hotel the AMBASSADOR is totally paradise. Us Scot’s have a saying haste ye back (hurry back) and I will definitely be doing that. The room was amazing , spacious and just as the pictures show. The staff were so friendly and always happy to make sure you have a good time. The breakfast was great and the dinners were great. Perfect location right on the beach. This hotel made my stay so great because tbh i found the island as a whole very underwhelming. If i come back id definitely stau at this hotel. Even the price was reasonable

Our room is well-maintained and made-up daily. The entire resort, like the pool, restaurant, walkways, beachfront are all clean and maintained by the staff. We give special thanks to all the staff from the first the 1st staff we met up to the last. They were all very attentive and kind. Unfortunately, we forgot the name of the lady who were assigned on our table during our breakfasts. We were looking for her on our last day, but she must be on leave. Please send our huge thanks and gratitude to all your staff. They are your greatest asset. Keep them.

Front desk was so helpful and nice. They even decorated for my son’s birthday and the restaurant staff gave him a cake and sang for him on his birthday which was a surprise to us. Beach in front of hotel was beautiful!! On our last day a lot of the staff came outside and waved goodbye until we left. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic place to stay. Having never stayed at a top resort, I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was fantastic (I loved the open plan shower-no door). Pool was great, restaurant very good, perfect spot on the beach (about 1km walk from the main areas, which meant you could lie on a beach chair without tonnes of tourists constantly filing past, unlike other hotels). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic place to stay.

The staff and hospitality was excellent and the property is beautiful. It was our first time in Boracay and the Ambassador In Paradise was just perfect! The buffer breakfast is different everyday, the pool was beautiful and the beach front with the chairs are just magical. That’s all we did was hang out at the beach.

Room reserved for us was unfavorable - Not what I expected compared to the photos advertised. It was a corner unit with almost no place to spread 2 suitcases. Hotel services was very good which compensated for the bad room reservation.
