It is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, offering complimentary parking on the premises. The apartment is just a few blocks away from an array of culinary delights, retail establishments, the picturesque Missouri River, and the captivating Isle of Capri Casino.

Must be 21 to rent our property and the person renting the property must be one of the guests staying on the reservation No parties and/or loud gatherings that will disturb the neighbors. Columbia football game !!

The property is Super cute !!! Extremely clean !! Very peaceful neighborhood and great host !!! We were visiting our daughter in Columbia and it was a home football weekend!! Hotels were sky high so we VRBO’d The drive wasn’t bad at all ! Boonville is a precious little town !! Eat at Maggie’s Bar and grill!!
