Fantastic location

Excellent location! I think the instructions say apartment 17 but it's actually 21 so we had a hard time finding the front door, other than that everything was great! There's a fantastic little bar/coffee shop just a few doors down, and it's close to all restaurants and sidewalk markets. As it is located on one of the main streets, you can hear people until wee hours of the morning, so if that that kind of noise interferes with your sleep, you may want to bring some earplugs. It was a little stuffy as the weather was warmer, but there are two oscillating fans that worked great!! Would absolutely stay there again.

Lovely apartment in the centre of town.

The apartment is in a fabulous location, is spacious and very, very comfortable. It is close to everything! Weloved our stay here and are looking forward to returning and doing more exploring.

1 Woche Stadtwohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Bozen

in direkter Nähe zu den Fischbänken, bei Cobo, ist diese zentral gelegene Stadtwohnung ein sehr guter Ort, wenn man das pulsierende Leben in Bozen erleben möchte. Wir wissen wie es sich in einer Fußgängerzone anfühlt zu leben, auch dass man nicht mit dem Auto vor das Haus fahren kann. Die nahegelegene Park Garage am Waltherplatz ist gut gelegen und preislich angemessen. Die Wohnungsübergabe war reibungslos und freundlich. Die Küchenausstattung lädt nicht zum selber kochen ein, z. B. nach einem Einkauf auf dem Obstmarkt. Ein Wasserkocher zum Tee- oder Kaffeekochen wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung zur Küchenausstattung, und Hobby Köche wünschen sich natürlich scharfe Messer. Gerne kommen wir wieder, dann aber nicht im Sommer, wenn es in Bozen soooo heiß ist.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne großzügige Wohnung in Superlage. Sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, außer vielleicht einer größeren Espressokanne :-) Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - in der Wohnung und in der schönen Stadt Bozen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine schöne Wohnung!

Nach unserer Ankunft klappte die Schlüsselübergabe durch eine Bekannte des Besitzers problemlos. Sie zeigte uns die Wohnung und die technischen Besonderheiten der Küche, insbesondere den Herd mit dem etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigen (hochmodernen) Touch-Screen Kochfeld. Was wir während unseres Aufenthaltes in der ansonsten sehr umfangreich ausgerüsteten Küche vermissten war ein Wasserkoscher, um Tee zuzubereiten. Eine Kleinigkeit, die aber recht wichtig ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man vermisst nichts. Sehr gut! Die Wohnung liegt in der Fußgängerzone mitten in der Altstadt Bozens. Das bedeutet, dass man nicht mit dem Auto heranfahren kann. Man kann das Auto in den Parkhäusern der Stadt parken, was recht teuer ist. In der Gegend um das Messeglände im Süden der Stadt gibt es Parkplätze und -häuser, die, wenn keine Messe ist, kostenlos sind. Die Gegend ist problemlos mit den günstigen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Was man wissen sollte, wenn man die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt auswählt: Wie bereits erwähnt, liegt die Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone. Kneipen und Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Das bedeutet, dass nachts Fußgänger unterwegs sind, und morgens recht früh die Müllabfuhr und Zulieferer für die Geschäfte geräuschvoll tätig werden. Durch die gut schließenden Fenster, kann diese Belästigung aber gut eliminiert werden. Jederzeit würden wir diese Wohnung wieder anmieten.
