Our apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults. Here you will find everything you need for your vacation. You will feel comfortable and can relax well. There is a comfortable couch in the spacious living room. A space-saving wall bed guarantees you a peaceful and restful sleep during your vacation.
The kitchenette is equipped with 2 hot plates and a fridge. Dishes, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave are a matter of course for us. In addition, there is a dining area for cozy dining with a view of the Baltic Sea.
The brightly tiled bathroom with a large mirror puts you in a good mood in the morning hours. Enjoy the Baltic Sea climate in the beach chair on our beautiful and spacious roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea. You can of course park your car in the underground car park.
A WiFi connection can be used free of charge.
Younger guests are also catered for. A cot is available free of charge in the apartment.
There is also a children's service and children's cutlery and there is of course something to play with. And with some selected children's DVDs and the DVD player, you can also survive a few rain showers.

Unser Urlaub in Boltenhagen war sehr schön, vielseitig, abwechslungsreich, aber auch erholsam. Nach einem Schönen Frühstück in der Sonne auf dem Balkon, konnten wir jeden Urlaubstag nach Lust und Laune gestalten. Das Aptm. "Sonnendüne" war klein, aber fein!Es ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass wir uns gleich sehr wohl darin gefühlt haben. Zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Auch zum Kurhaus und -park , wo es verschiedene kulturelle Veranstaltungen gab, ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Einfach klasse und sehr empfehlenswert!Fam. Schulz

Der Ausblick war sehr schön aber der Rest ließ zu Wünschen übrig.

Das Apartement war für zwei Erwachsene eindeutig zu klein. Die Pentry-Küche ein Witz. Essen zubereiten umständlich bis katastrophal. Wir haben für das Betten beziehen und Handtücher 40 € bezahlt, was wir bereut haben, denn die Bettwäsche war aus billigem verschlissenen Polyester......eine Zumutung.....In der Toilette befand sich sichtbarer Urinstein, die Duschwand defekt, die Abfluss in der Duschwanne defekt, die Wasserhähne wurden wohl noch nie entkalkt und auf dem Balkon massig Vogelkot. Die Balkonmöbel waren leider auch alt und abgenutzt. Für dieses Apartment ist der Preis eindeutig zu hoch gewesen. Das Apartment lag in der 2. Etage und es gab keinen Fahrstuhl. Also für Gehbehinderte völlig ungeeignet. Die Waschmaschine befand sich im Nebenhaus...und einen Brötchen Service gab es auch nicht. Der Parkplatz befand sich in der Tiefgarage doch wenn man ein großes Auto hat, bedarf es einiger Fahrkunst auf dem vorgesehenen Platz zu parken. Wir können dieses Apartement leider nicht weiterempfehlen!

Das Ein-Zimmer-Appartement ist nett eingerichet, hat eine super Lage und sogar einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr knapp bemessen und die Zahl der Gläser und Teller leider sehr begrenzt. Letzteres ist auch der Wehrmutstropfen. Man muss halt öfter abwaschen. Nicht dramatisch, aber 4 Gläser und Teller mehr tun nicht wirklich weh. Sonst ist die Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen.

Fahrradurlaub , gute Lage

Für 2 Personen für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend Platz. Zu viert wäre es zu eng. " Küche " zum Kochen umständlich und zu klein. Schrankbett ist bequem. Kaffeemaschine müsste mal ausgetauscht werden . Toll ist der Balkon mit Meerblick. Nachts schön ruhig. Bad ( Duschtür) etwas in die Jahre gekommen . Für uns hat es völlig gereicht.Alles Notwendige vorhanden.

super Lage

die Lage des Objektes ist einfach genial, für eine Person völlig in Ordnung, die Sauberkeit der Küchenzeile, des Bestecks und der Couch lässt für den Mietpreis etwas zu wünschen üprig - die Geräuschkulisse des Kühlschranks war abends und vor allem nachts störend, aber die große Dachterrasse und der phantastische Ausblick auf die Ostsee waren perfekt. Man kann dem rauschen des Meeres vom Balkon aus lauschen - wunderbar.
