The living room, which includes a dining area, features a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. During the colder months, the fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere for relaxing. Of course, the amenities also include a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The south-facing terrace is accessible from the living room. After a long day at the beach, you can wind down here and end the day feeling refreshed.<br><br>Accommodations include a double bed (2 x 100 x 200 cm) in one bedroom and two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) in the second bedroom. A high chair is available for our younger guests. The vacation home features a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine on the first floor, and an additional restroom on the upper floor.<br><br> Curtains and pleated blinds are provided at the windows for light control. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandbox, ping-pong table, soccer field, and benches for adults. In nearly all homes, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere, especially in the fall and winter. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals together.<br><br>The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the dock paths.
