Top Lage aber hygienische Defizite

Wir haben Anfang September die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub gebucht. Die Lage des Objekts ist ideal, gerade auch die Nähe zum Hundestrand. Die Wohnung ist gut und hochwertig ausgestattet, allerdings seit einiger Zeit wohl nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt worden. Auch scheinen einige Urlauber sich nicht so zu verhalten, wie einem das eine gute Kinderstube mitgibt. Die Matratzen waren völlig "versifft" und mit Flecken in div. Farben auf allen Seiten versehen. Die dortigen Bettsachen rochen stark verschmutzt und hatten Flecken (Vermutung hier wurde wohl ohne Bettbezug genächtigt). Auch sonst war die Reinigung mangelhaft. Stühle und Sitzauflagen schmutzig, der Boden nicht gereinigt etc. Alles in allem ein Zustand der die Stimmung ziemlich getrübt hat. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren allerdings sehr hilfsbereit und haben das, was tauschbar war, auch anstandslos getauscht. Die Matratzen konnten wir leider nicht tauschen lassen, dafür aber einige Topper zum Schutz erhalten. Grundsätzlich bleibt zu sagen, dass die Örtlichkeit an sich top ist, allerdings wir aktuell keine Empfehlung aussprechen können, sofern das Thema Reinigung und Sauberkeit nicht in Angriff genommen wird. Bei einem derartigen Preis, kann man ein Mindestmaß an Hygiene erwarten.

Boltenhagen im Herbst

Die FeWo war super schön gelegen - direkt an der autofreien Strandpromenade zu der man durch eine Gartentür direkt von der Terrasse aus hinkommen konnte. Der Hundestrand war dann auch nur eine kurze Strecke weit entfernt. Die Wohnung selber sehr gemütlich, vor allen Dingen wegen dem Kamin im November. Die Sauna war auch richtig toll und perfekt um sich nach einem pustigen Strandsparziergang in der kühlen Jahreszeit wieder aufzuwärmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Modern eingerichtet Ferienwohnung

Für 2 Erwachsene mit Baby und Hund (Labrador) gut eingerichtet, man bekommt zwar kein Babyreisebett in das Schlafzimmer. Aber man konnte es ohne Probleme im Türeingang vom Schlafzimmer stellen. Außerhalb der Wohnung waren 2 Kammern, in der einen waren Besen, Handfeger oder Staubsauger und in der anderen standen Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die man mit 2€ pro Stunde benutzen konnte. In der Wohnung war eine kleine Küchenzeile, diese beinhaltete 2 Ceranfelder, kleinen Kühlschrank, eine 45ziger Spülmaschine, eine Mikrowelle. Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher standen im Wohnraum auf einem Regal. Dann gibt es 2 Fernseher - einer im Wohnzimmer und einer im Schlafzimmer.
