I'm sorry to have to leave such a negative review, however some truth telling needs to happen on expedia. First, when I first booked it appeared that the property was only 2-3km from the city, in fact it is 5km from the city center which is revealed only after you book. We asked for a 15.00h check in and had to wait outside an apartment complex not knowing if we were even at the correct property. There was only instructions on how to use the stove top. Nil instructions for washing machine or how to obtain any heating. For reference, the air conditioner and radiators did not work for us. Sure, we could message and hope for a response, but some information left in the property would help. The property is run down and neglected. Even though I paid three star price, we got less than budget service from this property. Do not recommend
