*** Bright and spacious apartment of 90 square meters, on the third floor of a historic building with elevator that can accommodate up to 6 people. Completely renovated located in the historic center just 100 meters from Piazza Maggiore and very close to the main shopping streets. Excellent solution for tourist stays or business trips!

*** The apartment is very large and bright and completely soundproofed and renovated, with fine finishes. It has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, large hallway furnished, spacious bedroom (25 sqm) with three single beds and a double bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, traditional oven, dishwasher and electric kettle. Toilet with spacious shower box.
The apartment is also equipped with WIFI, TV, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer. Possibility of cradle for newborns.

*** The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. We will provide you with useful tips that will make your stay in Bologna even more interesting and safe. In case of problems or questions we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail. City tax is not included and payment on arrival is required. Immaculate apartment in the midst of the city

A huge thumbs up for this centrally located apartment. It was much larger than we expected and exactly where we needed to be to explore Bologna. Fabio was very accommodating during our checking in and out and gave us good restaurant recommendations. A wonderful experience from beginning to end.
