When we walked in we were very pleased. However, our room did not get cleaned(bed made, towels & coffee replenished. We were gone all day and they had the opportunity to clean up our room because i saw the cleaning cart in hallway 1 door down. Then the hotel has the audacity to have a QR code for tips on the desk in room. I understand surveys and i hope my expressed concern is heard and corrected. I did have an interaction with employees at the breakfast and they were very pleasant

We have stayed in multiple rentals in the Boise area recently, and this is one of the best. The staff was friendly and professional, room was attractive, clean and comfortable, area was quiet and breakfast was excellent! The food offered included healthy option, which is unusual for free breakfast (fresh spinach for eggs, beautiful fresh fruit, multiple nut toppings for oats). We have made this our #1 choice for a Boise weekend stay.

Our shower was a little strange. The shower head probably needed to be replaced. The water went to the right and to the left, not in the middle. Overall, a nice property. It would’ve been nice if there was a full service restaurant on site.

Members are treated better.

Rooms were clean. However when we asked for a late check out for my 70 year old mother who doesn't sleep well or move very fast we were told we could not have late check out out unless we were members. So be a member and everything will be fine. Otherwise your money is not as valuable to them.
