Had emergency, had to leave to another country. Was told I would get a refund on the days not used. Expedia representatives called and they told them the same thing. Few days later they refused to refund anything then had a gooses chase till I went through my credit card company. Other thing when k was there No hot water working they wouldn’t switch my room until technician came in. Someone’s hair was in shower. Otherwise place is ok

Great choice for Chapinero

The room was very clean and comfortable. They need to pay more attention to maintenance, since power plugs by the bed were loose and difficult to get your devices charged. Need to upgrade to easy access charging stations at the night stand!!!. Also, would be great if some space heaters are provided. Bogota can get very chilly during nite. Breakfast options were really disappointing... better quality food and variety should be offered.

I have traveled all over the world, this is the first time a hotel charged me for having a guest in my room (who is not staying with me). When I asked where is it written that there is a charge, they pointed to a small print (that has faded as it has been photocopied 100 times over) in the document I signed when I arrived (in Spanish -- and I don't speak or read Spanish!!) I think if they have this OBSCURE rule, they should have mentioned it as you check in. It was embarrassing to be charged (on demand) as my guest arrived (who was only there to pick up a gift I had had for him, and stayed for all of 30 minutes).
