Pros: Quiet room. Shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Cons: Lack of air condition, it was uncomfortable due to warm environment. Cocktails at the Lobby bar were not as good as prior times. Local VAT tax was charged even I am a USA resident. This time was not a pleasant stay.

Nice location and clean property. However they could not even provide a fan for our room (no ac which is fine) and there was no hot water for our shower early AM. Not worth the $$ and the stars.

Extremely happy and satisfied with this 4 Star hotel, feels like a 5 star. No complaints at all. Great service from all the staff, we got all our needs meet in a very fast time. Very kind, ready to hear us and help us. Very clean room, beds, bathroom, shower and furniture. Breakfast included was delicious so many things to pick from, very fresh, super clean and organized, great view of the neighboorhood and city, superb service of the staff, greatfood: fresh fruits, vegetables, mozarella, cheese, parmesan, many kinds of bread sweet Even with chocolate, salt bread, pancakes with honey, maple syrup or purple berries, chicken soup, meat, rice, "calentao", coffee, special scrambled eggs or boiled, etc. Very safe surroundings, walkable, many green áreas for walkibg with or without pets, benches, safe neighboorhood, very close to restaurants, company Offices, Salitre mall, and free service to pick You up from the airport to the hotel and viceversa, there is a vans very 30 minutes, cleaning staff also very good, beautiful and elegant property with beautiful stairs, luxurious elevator and Big fresh flowers in the looby, and great americano coffee in the lobby

Generally very good but I have two observations, the room we were in faced the direction from where airplanes take off. There is no sound proofing. Likewise with street noise. Also the bathroom floor especially the shower floor are dangerously slippery when wet.

Mi experiencia fue desafortunada, ya que el dia de nuestra llegada no habia agua y no fue notificado al check in. Sin mencionar que al dia siguiente mi papa, una persona de 71 años desperto entre sabanas sucias. Este asunto fue para la administracion del hotel sin importancia, y nunca recibi respuesta pese a innumerables correos electronicos en los que ofrecian una compensacion por la mala experiencia. El servicio de wifi bastante deficiente ya que se desconectaba cada 10 o 15 min. El staff del hotel muy agradables y serviciales

The Hotel does not have air conditioning / heat. At the shower hot water was barely warm and I had to ask them to fix it for the next day (they did), the magnifying glass in the bathroom was broken (I have to ask them to fix it, they did), there was only one elevator (of the two) working and this caused delays in going up to the breakfast floor or the lobby exit level.
