Great hotel in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast was excellent every day and the staff was friendly and attentive as well. Neighborhood is super safe and we were able to find Uber without issue to different parts of the city. Wish they had a hot-tub instead of a sauna. But all in all a good stay. Would come back.

We arrived about 4am and the staff were wonderful. We were joining a group tour the next day. We had booked a superior room for the one night previously to the tour and they left us in the superior room rather than moving us to the room the tour group had purchased. The restaurant and desk staff were great, very friendly and always wanting to help. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Bogota.

I stay here often usually I am in Bogota three times per year. I love the hotel especially the location. My complaint is that the last few times I have stayed I arrived on an early flight and asked for a early check in after 13 hours of travelling. I was happy to pay for this benefit. They charged me full rate even though it was 7am. I returned on the 19th of September at 1:45 and was told that they would not allow check in until 3pm. I had a 2pm meeting just wanted to drop bags in room and go. They told me I was a VIP guest and offered me a complimentary free bottle of wine. Didn't feel like a VIP and probably stay at Click Clack that treated me very well in Medellin on my next visit to Bogota.
