About us
Located in the heart of Felpham village, our accommodation is conveniently situated
within walking distance to the beach and local cafes, including our very own Caffe Grey.
Additionally, we have three excellent pubs just a short distance away, and Butlins is
located at the end of the road.
Our location is ideal for those attending events at Goodwood Racecourse and Tinwood
Vineyard. We are also only a 20-minute drive from the South Downs, offering beautiful
natural scenery.
Our kitchen facilities include a microwave/convection oven, induction hob, air fryer, kettle,
toaster, and fridge freezer. We also provide an iron and ironing board for your
convenience. Fresh towels and luxury toiletries are supplied, and we offer WiFi access and
various smart TV channels. For entertainment, there is a 55-inch TV with a soundbar.
The accommodation can sleep up to four people, with a super king bed in the master
bedroom, complete with a wall-mounted TV. The second bedroom features bunk beds
