Wir waren jetzt vom 26.7.25 bis 2.8.25 in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu Gast. Es gibt genügend Platz für 3 Familien. Wir sind zu 11. angereist (5 Erw, 2 Kleinkinder, 4 Teenies).Sauberkeit und Ausstattung war Top, ebenso die Lage. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war zu jederzeit möglich.Wir empfehlen dieses Haus weiter und würden zu jeder Zeit wieder dort hin fahren.

Schöner Osterurlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Haus sehr genossen.Wir waren mit 3 Paaren, 3 Kindern und der Oma dort und die Raumaufteilung über die Wohnungen war dafür perfekt geeignet. Alle hatten ihre Schlaf/Ruhezone und trotzdem hatten wir einen großen gemeinsamen Wohnbereich zum gemeinsamen Essen und Spielen. Dazu die Nähe zum Strand, was will man mehr…

Tolles großes Haus direkt am Strand

Hallo, wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 9 Personen. Alles sauber, liebevoll vorbereitet. Betten waren überzogen. Handtücher schneeweiß und flauschig. Es ist das letzte Haus in der Straße. Daneben gibt es einen Volleyball- und Fußballplatz. Großartig. Dahinter kommt der Deich mit dem Meer. Frühstück auf der überdachten Terrasse. Waschmaschine und Trockner. Direkter Kontakt zum Vermieter geht unglaublich schnell und unkompliziert. Und wirklich keine Haustiere. So muss das sein. Beste Grüße

Ein wunderschönes Haus direkt an der Ostsee, freundlicher Kontakt, sympathische und interessierte Gastgeber, Objekt wie beschrieben Als kleiner Tipp: ein Code bzw ein Schlüsselsafe direkt am Haus zum Einchecken ins Haus wären toll, da der Schlüssel in Kühlungsborn abgeholt und wieder hinterlegt werden muss

Geniales Haus für Gruppen und große Familien

Sehr cooles Ferienhaus mit vielen Zimmern und Bädern. Das Erdgeschoss ist sehr geräumig, die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Nur 5min zu Fuß bis zum Strand, ein Beachvolleyballfeld ist genau nebenan. Lediglich ein paar Fliegen im Erdgeschoss waren nervig, hier hätten wir uns eine intensivere Grundreinigung gewünscht. Prinzipiell war das Haus aber sauber. Bei Anreise waren ebenfalls nicht für alle Personen Bettbezug, sowie Handtücher vorhanden. Hier wäre meiner Meinung nach ein Vorratsraum sinnvoll. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter wurden aber schnell (nach ca 2h) Handtücher und Bezüge nachgeliefert. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder!

Ideal gelegen und sehr sehr ruhig

Komfortabel große Küche und Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss! Riesen Aussenbereich für spielende Kleinkinder mit Umzäunung! Waren mit 8 erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern dort! Passte alles gut! Wirklich zu empfehlen! Gegenüber dem Haus befindet sich ein Campingplatz mit Stellplätzen für Wohnmobile! Die sind eh sehr ruhig! Im Garten ein Strandkorb und auf der Holzterrasse 2 Liegestühle! Zudem 2 Tische und etwa 12 Stühle! Komplettausstattung ist vorhanden jedoch sollte man zusätzlich Toilettenpapier und Küchencrep sowie Müllbeutel mitnehmen!

Pfingstaufenthalt

Sehr schönes Objekt. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten gut Platz. Der Terasse (Holzbohlen) sieht man ein gewisses Alter an. Terassnmöbel gut und ausreichend. Lage einfach genial. Geschirrspüler musste erst ein Reinigungsprogramn mit Geschirrspülerpflegemittel gefahren werden, danach wurden auch die Gläser wieder gut sauber. Die Schlüssel sind in Kühlungsborn zu holen und wegzuschaffen.Leider ein kleiner Umweg. Wer das aber alles vermeiden will, kann zu Hause bleiben.

Wir haben das gesamte Haus für einen Familienaufenthalt mit 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern genutzt. Eine sehr gute Ausstattung verbunden mit einer absolut guten Funktionalität aller Wohnungen und des Grundstücks. Die Lage am Ende der Sackgasse und in direkter Lage zum Meer rundet den absolute positiven Eindruck des Hauses und des Grundstücks mit Terassen ab.

Wir (14 Personen, 3 Familien, 7–75 Jahre ) haben eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Die Fotos in der Objektbeschreibung entsprechen der Realität. Durch den großen Koch– Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss war es möglich, gemeinsam zu kochen, die Mahlzeiten einzunehmen oder zu spielen. Für einen fehlender Sonnenschirm wurde von den sehr netten Vermietern sofort für Ersatz gesorgt. Ideales modernes Haus für Familientreffen.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön stilvoll eingerichtet, wir haben alle drei Wohnungen gebucht, was ich besonders empfehlen kann. Es ist perfekt geeignet für Familienfeiern oder Treffen mit kleinen Gruppen. Sehr angenehm war besonders die Strandnähe und die Ruhe, weil das Haus an einem Wendekreis steht. Familienurlaub mit 10 Personen in allen drei Wohnungen

Das freistehende Haus mit großzügigem Garten bietet alle Möglichkeiten einen entspannten Urlaub mit 10 Familienmitgliedern unterschiedlichen Alters zu genießen. Die geschmackvollen und modern eingerichteten drei Küchen sind bestens ausgestattet. Die Ostsee liegt nur wenige Minute vom Haus entfernt. Sehr praktisch ist, dass der zum nahegelegenen Campingplatz gehörende Supermarkt täglich und auch an Feiertagen geöffnet hat. Als einzigen Nachteil haben wir die problematische Schallisolierung zwischen den einzelnen Wohnungen zu bemängeln. Es waren wunderschöne Urlaubstage.
