Öncelikle oteli tutarken internette çok kötü yorumlar gördüğümüz için endişe ederek gitmiştik. Ancak otel abartıldığı kadar kötü değil. Temizlik ile alakalı bir problem yaşamadık. Diğer kötü yorum olan yemekle alakalı ufak tefek problemler var. Yemek çeşidi var ancak genel olarak kalite düşük. Bu fiyata bu kalite de çok garip gelmedi açıkçası bize.

Rezervasyon öncesi oteli arayıp otoparkınız var mı diye sormuştum. Var dediler. Otele gidince otoparkımız yok, yakında bir yerimiz var oraya bırakıp gelin dediler. Birinci eksi. Karşılamada ve lobide çalışan arkadaşlar çok genç ve hitabetleri zayıf. Yeteri kadar bilgi vermedikleri gibi itici bir üslup var. İkinci eksi Oda temizliği ve genişliği iyi. Her gün temizleniyor.Bu artı. Yeme içme kısmı: maliyetleri öyle bir minimize etmeye çalışıyorlar ki kendinizi değersiz hissediyorsunuz. Tabak bardak temizliği yetersiz. Yemekler lezzetsiz. Servis ise fecaat. Masalar temizlenmiyor . Peçete alıp kendiniz silmeli, bir yerlerden çatal bıçak buşmalısınız. Yeteri kadar garson yok olan garsonların da çoğu çok tecrübesiz. Maliyetten bu kadar kaçılır. Büyük eksi Havuz : idare eder büyüklükte , biraz sıcak. Deniz: harika Spa: uygun fiyatlı ve iyi Aqua park : büyük değil ama eğlenceli Barlar: klasik Türk otelleri düşük kaliteli içkiler, buna alıştık yorum yok. Otelin genel manzarası: çok hoş , ağaçlar , deniz , ışıklandırmalar tatmin edici. Sonuç : karşılama ve restoran biraz daha kaliteli olsa tekrar tercih ederdim.

Wir mussten beı unserer Ankunft ( 16:00 ) ca. 1 Std nach unseren langen Autofahrt warten, wei das Hotel angeblıch dıe Buchung nıcht bekommen haben soll. Ich hatte dıe E -Maıl aber schon. Nach dem dıe 2. Dame an der Rezeptıon dıese nıcht fınden konnte, und mir sagte ıch solle mıch selber darum kümmern und beı Hotels.com anrufen,bat ıch Sıe mir den Hoteldırektor zu rufen. Nach der 3. Aufforderung holte sıe mır dıesen. ( Hr.Günay glaube ıch ) Dıeser kam mıt vollem schmatzendem Mund aus seınem Büro, und sagte das selbe wıe seıne angestelltın. Ich fragte ıhn nochmal, ob es seın ernst ıst, daß der Gast sıch darum kümmern soll und seine Geschâftspartner anrufen soll? Er antwortete mıt: Wenn so etwas ıst kümmern sıch beı uns ımmer dıe Gâste selber drum. ( Prost Mahlzeıt ) Obwohl ıch ıhn dıe Buchung von meıner E- Maıl zeıgte, sprıch dıe Buchungsbestâtıgung, forderte er mıch ımmer noch auf mıch selber darum zu kümmern. Ich antwortete ganz ruhig und leise, daß ıch das tun werde aber das auch ın dıe Hotelbewertung schreıben werde. Dann rief ıch an. In nıchtmal 2 Mınuten kamm dıe Rezeptıonıstın aus seın Büro, und rief mıch ganz aufgeregt, um mır mıt zu teılen das dıe Buchung doch durch ıst. Er sollte vıelleıcht öfter seın E-Maılaccount aktualısıeren. Das Essen war nıcht gut. Der Servıce ausreichend und das Hotel ist leider nıcht zu Empfehlen. Für Türkeiverhâltnısse würde ıch 3 Sterne geben. Das eınzıge was gut war, war dıe Lage und der Ausblıck.

Es war wirklich ein schreckliches Hotel. Das Club Zimmer im Nebengebäude ist sehr klein und derart schmutzig, dass man sich schon ekelt. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr unfreundlich. Man behandelt einheimische und ausländer verschieden. Uns waren die schlechten Bewertung vor Anreise schon bewusst. Wir wollten dennoch das Hotel eine Chance geben, weil die Location Yalikavak ein sehr schöner Ort ist. Vom Essen will ich garnicht erst anfangen. Jeder der Bodrum besuchen will sollte ein paar Euros drauflegen und ein besseres Hotel buchen. Das ist es echt nicht wert !

Bodrum'a gidip aç kalmak istiyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. Her şey dahil sloganının cazibesine kapılarak seçiyorsunuz ama çıkan yemekler yenebilecek düzeyde değil. Sadece müdahale edemedikleri karpuzu yiyebildik, onun dışında hazır yemekleri ve sözde ızgaraları maalesef çöp oldu. Otel bakımsız bir otel, konfor namına bir şey yok. Anadolu'daki 3. sınıf termal otellerden tek farkı Allah vergisi olan denizi. Tabi bu arada çoğu termal otel buraya bin basar o ayrı. Özet olarak fiyat uygun denize girerim, bodruma gitmiş olurum, aç kalırım ya da mideme saygım yok, konfor aramam, gürültüyü takmam diyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. Bir daha gider miyim? Asla.

4 gece konakladım. Gayet iyi yeterli idi personel ilgili güler yüzlü. Yemekler bir tık daha iyi olabilirdi. Ama yeterli çeşit var havuzlar temiz oda temizliği iyi denizi temiz. Biz memnun kaldık. Bir sorun oluştuğunda hemen çözüyorlar. Konum olarak gayet iyi. Tavsiye ederim...
