I liked the property. It was clean and well stocked. Parking is a little tricky and the need to advertise that you must be able to climb stairs. Also the availability of the staff is inconvenient. Hot water heater wasn’t working well, It took a long time to get any warm water and hot was not there. The remote to the tv didn’t work. There needs to be instructions how to use all the apps. Not enough outlets by the beds for those who have a necessary medical devise.

Although the hotel room itself was fine, the check-in experience was unsatisfactory. When we first tried to check in, the hotel employee requested I come back in 10 minutes. We used the time to go nearby and get coffee but when we came back the door was locked with a sign that we had to call a number to check in. That involved an unpleasant experience and in fact required help from the hotel cleaning crew to finally get access to the room. The room code to enter we were assigned did not work and we needed a new one. Other than the cleaning crew individuals we worked with, who were very nice, the customer service was poor.

The only complaint that we had was that there was not a screen on the sliding door to the patio. These were newly renovated rooms, and they were very clean and nice.

the anxiety with checkin was horrible. No one at reception desk, needed to do everything on line and they wanted so much personal info (photos of ID, CC info, etc.). 4-5 other guests were also trying to check in and were horrified to at the situation. NO gym yet they advertised there is one! no one was around to get extra towels.

An old foam mattress with big dips on either side and a hump in the middle. Very uncomfortable. No soap in the bathroom. Front desk blew me off when I went and ask for some. Told me they would bring me some later. They never did. The sink was slow and backed up. Very difficult to get to room with a heavy suitcase. Had to get it up 3 flights of outdoor cement stairs. Was afraid I'd brake my wheels. No soda machines. Bathroom towels smelled like they were washed with greasy kitchen towels. Smelly like greese. One of the most expensive rooms on our trip but worst experiences.

Gross bathroom

Parking was easy. I checked in late due to a flight delay and struggled because the front desk was closed. Someone did respond via text very quickly though and they gave me a map which was nice. The room was decent and you could tell that it was remodeled. The bathroom, however, was disgusting. It smelled really bad and the floors were clearly not redone as they were very old vinyl-looking tile dots that were dirty and moldy. One walk into the bathroom left us with really dirty socks. Yuck! None of the pictures have that room’s bathroom which would lead me to believe that only some of them are done being remodeled. Overall, the bathroom experience overtook any other positive experience.
