We had a long terrible day of traveling and staff was compassionate allowed us early check in gave us waters and no charge for the breakfast in the am. Hotel was very clean and well run. A++++ would stay again

I booked my reservation on Expedia, and the confirmation clearly showed that breakfast was included. However, when I checked out, the front desk still charged me extra for breakfast. Luckily, I checked the bill and asked about it. After the staff reviewed it, they confirmed that breakfast was indeed already included in the room rate and then refunded the extra charge. But I feel this was very unprofessional and left a bad impression on me.

Front desk staff was fine. Thursday my room was never cleaned. I informed the desk Thursday evening, they were going to try and find someone, I told them no problem, make sure the room was made up while I was out Friday from 11vto 2:30. It was not, I had to call the desk 2x on Friday, it was finally done. I only added a $2 food purchase to my prepaid room, and see an additional charge of $19.12. I have been asking for a receipt for my stay, for business expenses, and haven't received it after multiple requests. Not acceptable!!!
