Pet fee was different than posted on hotels.com. No hot tub as described. Given room keys that didn’t work, went back gave us a new set that again didn’t work Bed was terribly uncomfortable.

My only complaint was that the two Queen beds in our room were rather small and if I had a measuring tape, I would surmise that these beds were closer to “doubles/full” than Queen. I did raise this concern with the front desk, who assured me that the beds were, in fact, “Queens” as advertised on the website. However, I respectfully disagree.
