Cute, very secluded cabin overlooking Fightingtown Creek. Very clean. Missing a couple of kitchen items. Outdoor fireplace, which was a primary reason for choosing this location, was completed inoperable during our stay. We really didn’t get what we paid for.
Place was very clean, cozy, updated, and very well taken care of. Pictures are accurate. My only minor hang up was that I didn’t bring a hair dryer bc it was on the amenities list…my boyfriend quickly reminded me that we were in the woods, however weather was cold/rainy so would have been nice. We wanted to use the indoor gas fireplace, but without specific instructions we didn’t quite feel comfortable (we are used to places that have a binder detailing everything to the level of exhaustion) Otherwise, location is def secluded which is also great and what we were looking for, but definitely a need an SUV. Gets a bit steep at times, windy/narrow roads, take caution at night. All said, we had a great time, appreciated the barn and all care put into it, wish we had more time to explore, and overall we would recommend.
