The property was very dirty.They don't provide towels except 43 and a double room. The people that are living at that motel sit at the benches by the front door smoking their cigarettes, and you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in and out of the motel. The breakfast is not that good.There's nothing except for sweet items on the breakfa. The maintenance team has not fixed the ice machine in the whole five days.That we have been there. Today, the toilet handle has fallen off the toilet. They go days without cleaning the room or taking out the tra. Do not stay at this motel. Or stay that's your own risk.

Nice size room. The floors were very dirty, looked like nobody ever swept them. Could use a wet moping. Smelled musty. Turned air on high until after dinner. Bed were to high to get in. Staff was very nice.

I booked a last minute overnight trip so I was looking more for convenience and affordability than a long stay. The staff was welcoming and professional, truly attentive. My room was clean and comfortable. The weather was unseasonably cool so the well maintained indoor pool and whirlpool was a welcome treat. The breakfast was more than adequate, but many other dining options are available nearby for those seeking more varied fare. I’ll be sure return.

Mostly very good

The hotel is located in a convenient spot for food and shopping. The staff was very nice. The hotel itself had a bit of a smell and the pool was very chlorinated.

The bedding was stained and staff had to change them, the bathroom smelled like pee, didn’t look like room was cleaned well if at all, and a dog was barking and whining really loud for first 3hrs of stay. Breakfast was ok but not great

The room and hall were dirty. We hade to clean the room. All surfaces were dirty, especially the floor. The bedding and sheets were stained with spots that appeared to be blood. At a price of more than $400 a night is crazy. I realize that prices are elevated because of Indiana University graduation, but this level of price gouging is obscene. But we needed a room and this appeared to be the best option. It was not. By the time we arrived, it was after 9pm and no other options were avaliable, so we toughed it out. Also, if there is no elevator to the second floor, it should be made clear. Hauling suitcases up the stairs is not acceptable for people like me with a heart issue. I look foward to your response and explanation for the appalling condition of this Super 8.

I want a full refund for this place where i could not stay even a night. Dog poop , cigarette burns on sheet, loud noisy ac , mo elevators to take luggage upstairs. i have been an old hotels.com customer this never happened.

When we first checked in the front desk guy was very friendly. As soon as we started walking to our room the smell of smoke got worse and worse. We left and came back a few hours later and it was so bad our clothes smelled like it and our belongings. There was children running in the hallways at 10:00 at night. Around 10:30 my family got up and left and drove 2 hours home with a 6 month old because we felt so unsafe.
