I thought a Wyndham property would have higher standards. The staff were all friendly and helpful, & the decor was mostly nice. The first unit I stayed in smelled very strongly like tomcat spray, and I couldn’t get used to it. The door was also open when I arrived at the room and there were sticky places throughout, especially the floor. Wouldn’t be surprised if people had been in there after it was cleaned, as on the first night, a Saturday, there were frequently loud people partying in the hall, kids playing unattended. Hard to sleep. The tub had several cracks and a ring of dirt, and the room corners were filthy. The end entrance door didn’t lock, so it wasn’t secure, and it was off-putting that people hung out in the entrance and smoked. Food had been spilled everywhere at that end entrance, and the trash was overflowing. It was still like that the next day. The staff were kind & accommodating about the odor I mentioned (the only thing I complained about because it was so strong), and moved me to another room the second day, but sadly it had the same bad cat spray odor. It was a bit more clean and in better condition, but it did have several dead bugs under the table, and I saw a live one run under the night stand the morning before I left. The towels and pillow cases smelled clean, but had stains. The beds were comfy. The grounds were ok, but one view is of a construction dig and the highway, and the other view is just rows of large power lines. Didn't visit the pool.

Because we went out all day we only had a little time to swim in the pool closing the pool at 9 pm is to soon and there was allot of bugs in are room I would not recommend

I hate leaving a negative review, but if I was searching for a place to stay I would appreciate someone telling me that this building is not even a value. The best thing that I can say is that I was safe from the outside elements and that the people were nice behind the desk when I asked them to change my dirty sheets. The flies in my room outnumbered the cigarette burns in the comforter. The total abyss of any wifi, hotspot or otherwise, was rivaled only by the insane amount of garbage overflowing in the dumpster located right outside the building's entrance (which might explain the fly problem). My bathroom was clean. That was nice.

We arrived to the hotel with staff outside smoking with guests who looked like they lived there.the smell of cannabis was very present outside as well. The staff was nice and had no issues. Upstairs our cards barely worked to get it the door. Neither key worked proper. Out of 20 times it worked once, thankfully. No elevator to go back downstairs. The room was HOT. They left the window open to outside in August. It was miserable. Like 85. Took 3 hours to cool down starting at 9pm. The beds had flat sheets for both sheets, no fitted sheets. One bed had a big stain on the mattress pad. The comforter and the curtains had burn holes in a non smoking room. It didnt smell like smoke but the room had an odor. The bathroom smelled like urine. If I hadnt of book through expedia I would of gotten a refund and left. I found out from my Aunt that was the worst place to of stayed. But we made it out alive! 😳

There is NO ELEVATOR. WARNING! It was terrible when we had to carry the luggages two flights of stairs especially when you have kids. The breakfast was okay and simple. You can make your waffles. There was only boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, banana, and some sweet snacks like honey bun. When we entered the room, it smelled like old cigarettes. There were burnt holes in our blankets. The digital clock was rusted and barely can see the time. The room needed to be dusted. The staff was nice and friendly. The pool was clean. The surrounding area are full of nice restaurants and stores. There are a lot of fun things to do especially with the family.

Would not recommend. So noisy- hardly got any sleep at all. Old corndog stick on floor in our room. Ice machine across from room and beginning very early people were filling ice chests. So incredibly noisy. People slamming doors and yelling in hallway all night.

Our stay was great. The room and hotel were very clean and well kept. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and the A/C was already on for us. We didnt fet to use the pool, but oassed it several times to see that it was well kept and being enjoyed by other guests. Reasonable rules and requests are posted regarding the grounds and hotel property. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, or a variety of packaged pastries, instant oatmeals or granola bars. Yogurt. Milk and oj were poured by the gallon, along with shareable cream cheese and butter for the stack of bread or bagels to toast. More like your home kitchen. No other hot breakfast items, the fresh waffles.
