I had made a booking in March for 2 single rooms as it said there were no double rooms available, paying the same price for both rooms, on arrival my colleague was given a family room which was huge and I was given what can only be described as a broom cupboard. I queried this, bearing in mind we had both paid the same price. The staff on reception were very helpful, and I was offered another room which I checked out and again is was a large family room, sadly the door wouldn't lock, so I finally settled on another room which was offered, again another large family room. My colleague was on the first floor and was disturbed by the noise from the entertainment below which goes on until after 11.30 every night. Breakfast is good, it is really nice to be served hot food, the bar meal that we had was adequate.

The hotel was very good in terms of condition in some parts, other parts needed some maintenance. Entertainment was good, with a relaxing environment. Plenty of food on offer, but during the stay I was eating out with family. Overall a decent 2 night stay.

It was ok, 2nd time staying here, 1st time was better we had a room with a view this time it was a brick wall so would advise to book a room with sea view. Room was small, bed small room hot but did have a fan. Had to pay parking, we didnt last time and had to hand over our car keys aswell as a £50 deposit on the room
