In a picturesque, secluded location with a magnificent view of the Berchtesgaden Alps, nestled among meadows and forests, our lovingly run guesthouse is situated at an elevation of 700 m above Bischofswiesen in the Berchtesgaden Valley. <br>Please understand that pets are not allowed in our guesthouse.<br> Hohes Brett—86 m² vacation apartment in a modern country house style for up to 4 people <br>Two stylish bedrooms: Master bedroom with a box-spring bed, flat-screen TV, safe, desk, closet, and access to the balcony. <br>Second bedroom with two single beds, closet, and flat-screen TV. <br>Modern bathroom with rain shower, double sinks, heated floors, towel warmer, hair dryer, and toiletries. Towels included with weekly change. Separate restroom available. <br>Bright living and dining area with panoramic windows and mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen with a fully automatic coffee maker, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all essential kitchen utensils. Cozy couch, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. <br>Southeast-facing balcony with plenty of sunshine and a magnificent view.<br> Enjoy the incomparable panoramic view of the majestic Berchtesgaden Alps and let the tranquility of nature wash over you. <br>The charming town center of Bischofswiesen, with its train station as well as shopping options and everyday amenities—including a butcher shop, bakery, inn, pizzeria, hair salon, doctor’s office, and flower shop—is about a 30-minute walk downhill. There’s also a bus stop about a 20-minute walk downhill.<br> Katharina and Raphael Köppl We both grew up in Berchtesgaden and are deeply rooted in our hometown. In 2021, we took over the family-run guesthouse from our parents and in-laws, respectively, and continue to run it with great passion. Besides managing the guesthouse, we love spending time with our children in the mountains. Our shared hobby—beekeeping—also grew out of our love for nature.
