All the staff were brilliant. A brilliant welcome and the breakfast staff and bar staff were so good. A really good breakfast . Room was clean and plenty of towels provided. If I was going to complain it would have been nice to have a hook bedding bathroom door and another towel rail!!

Very underwhelming, travelodge standard

Walked up the ramp to be greeted by staff members smoking with for a “ premium “ hotel was a surprise as first impressions count. Upgraded for a high floor which was pointless and when asked how to use the smart tv services we were told “ oh they are still the old ones so can’t use it just normal channels. Found a nice clump of hair in the sink so all in all will not be booking a crown plaza again if this is the standard you receive.
