Ostseebad Binz Prora
Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern im Netz. Sehr schön eingerichtet und es wurden hochwertige Produkte beim Ausbau der Wohnung verwendet. Die Ausstattung und Details sind gut aufeinander abgestimmt und wirken modern und zugleich warm und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war echt schön. Im Vergleich zu den meisten anderen Gebäudekomplexe der Anlage, verfügt dieser Bereich über einen großen Parkplatz der schön erreichbar ist und dadurch die Allee ausschließlich für Fußgänger und Fahrradfahrern genutzt wird. Perfekt für kleine Kinder. Der Strand ist um die Ecke und gut zugänglich. Der eigene Eingang der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war auch sehr praktisch. Wir haben nach dem Strand unseren Bollerwagen einfach vor der Tür stehen lassen können, die Kinder dort ausgezogen und hatten dadurch nur wenig Sand in der Wohnung. Unsere Kinder 5 und 2 Jahre haben sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war genug Platz zum spielen. Die Lage der Anlage ist super, man kann soviel unternehmen und die Kids haben echt Spaß. Was vielleicht noch schön wäre, ein kleiner Spielplatz.
Der Schlüsselsafe ist ca. 12km entfernt, ging, aber wäre näher natürlich schöner.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung demnach auch sehr gerne empfehlen.

Unterkunft und Service mit Luft nach oben
Für den Schlüssel mussten wir einen Umweg von 20 Minuten fahren, nach Sassnitz. Und dann war der Schlüssel nicht mal da (16Uhr), so dass wir noch 30min. warten mussten, bis jemand kam. Bei Abreise muss man auch nach Sassnitz.
Die Zufahrt zu der Anlage ist über einen provisorisch angelegten Weg. Nach der Durchfahrt der Schranke, wurde dies wesentlich besser. Die Parkplätze sind reichlich und auch breit. Sehr angenehm. Selbst Ladestationen für E-Autos sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung selber ist leicht zugänglich.
Auf den ersten Blick ist die Wohnung schön und modern eingerichtet, aber nicht qualitativ. Einen Staubsauger vermisst man, da es doch recht „sandig“ ist.
Man hat nur leichte Vorhänge, so dass Abends, wenn man Licht in der Wohnung an hat, gefühlt auf dem Präsentierteller sitzt. Zumal man in diesem Bereich den Esstisch hat. Was leider dazu geführt hat, dass man in dem Vorhang sich verheddert hat und die Stange runtergerissen hat. Wie wir dann gesehen haben, waren wir wohl nicht die ersten. Andere Wohnungen haben Plisees, warum diese nicht?
Im Gäste-WC sitzt man gefühlt fast auf dem Toilettenpapierhalter. Der Spiegel über dem Waschbecken sitzt noch auf Keilen, was einem das Gefühl vermittelt, noch nicht ganz fertig zu sein.
Einen Haartrockner haben wir im Bad nicht finden können.
Die Abdunkelung eines der Schlafzimmer ist auch nicht optimal, gerade nach vorne (zum Parkplatz) ist der Platz sehr hell beleuchtet und scheint damit auch in dieses Schlafzimmer.

Einrichtung Wohnung
Leider haben wir auf der Treppe, im oberen Flur und im kleinen Bad unten lange schwarze Haare gefunden. Es war kein Föhn und auch kein Mixer zu finden.
Abgesehen davon liegt die Wohnung sehr gut und nun ist sofort an der Ostsee.
Wiederholen würden wir eine Reise dorthin aber nicht
