The Space:

This home is a duplex with the lower unit occupied by our groundskeeper. He works 7–5pm off property and is occasionally gone on weekends so you won’t see or hear him. The neighborhood is very quiet, as well.



Please note, pool is a safety consideration for young families. Pool is available Jun - Sept. it is heated but not enough to be on during the winter months.

Conveniently located just minutes from the Metra arena, MSUB, downtown Billings and hospitals.



The top deck has a gate and the pool has a cover that we require to be closed when not in use but you will need to supervise children at all times. This home is open concept and the main level is available to registered guests, along with the back deck and parking pad during their stay. Guests will use private drive on the left, once entering the property, and drive up top around back. More parking is available in the front side driveway.

The main room includes a roomy and fully functional kitchen with a gas stove, convection oven, microwave, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, toaster, coffee maker, french press, coffee grinder, electric tea pot, bakeware and coffee grinder.

A meal with friends and family can be enjoyed in the large dining room overlooking the pool and a view of Four Dances Rims. Additional seating is around the breakfast bar.

The living room has a 55" smart tv, a wood fireplace and all seating have electric recliners. Behind the seating area is a nook where a desk is located.

The master bathroom has a new king bed, hangers and cubbies are available for clothing storage in the closet. The adjacent full bathroom includes a steam shower.

The second bedroom has a queen Temperpedic and a 42 inch smart tv, dresser and hangers for clothing storage.

The smallest bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser and hangers for clothing storage.

Off the hallway is the main bathroom, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, Qtips and cotton pads are provided.

A washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. The 20 x 40 in ground pool is now open until September. Hot-tub available year round.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the main level of home, exclusive access to pool and deck and parking pad in the back. Downstairs is occupied by our groundskeeper.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and a little bit of wildlife. Do not be surprised if you see deer walking along the fence line. The deer often nest in the neighbors yard directly east of the property. You may also see, squirrels, rabbits, ducks and a random turkey.



Getting Around:

Parking is on the property around back, larger vehicles can be parked in the front driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Lower level of duplex is rented and occupant maintains grounds and pool.

Insurance covers only registered guests.

Due to safety and noise we ask that there be no parties and no smoking.

Please do not leave children or elderly unattended at any point. Use railings at all times on the deck stairs.

Leave hot tub and pool covers on if not in use.
