Featuring an open-concept design, it boasts T&G wood-beamed ceilings and a stunning floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace. The main level includes one bedroom and one bathroom, offering convenience and easy access. Centrally located, this home is just a few blocks from ski overflow parking and close to the vibrant Moonridge commercial district, where you'll find shopping, dining, and coffee spots. Additionally, it's only a short distance from the new Rathbun Creek Trail, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with an open concept living room with, smart TV, dining table, bar seating, river rock gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
